Installation Instructions

Detach the mirror arm (1) from the mirror pivot (4) by turning the knob (2) counter-clockwise.

Loosen the nut (3) in the mirror pivot with the included wrench (9) so the mirror pivot can rotate freely around the mirror base (5).

Identify the ideal location for the mirror base on the console. Before drilling, be sure there is easy access directly underneath the base, as you will need to install the washers (7) and nuts (6) from underneath.

After identifying the ideal location for the mirror base, use masking tape to cover the entire area where the four drill holes will be located. (This will help prevent splintering of the fiberglass when drilling.)

Use the template below to mark the four drill holes over the masking tape.

Use a 1/4″ drill bit to drill the four mounting holes through the masking tape.

Carefully remove the masking tape and place the four bolts (8) in each of the four holes in the top of the mirror pivot and through the drill holes.

With the help of a friend (if necessary), from under the console, place a washer and nut on each of the bolts and tighten with a 5/32″ Allen wrench and socket wrench with a 3/8″ socket (or pliers).

After the mirror base is securely installed, position the mirror pivot at the desired angle and re-tighten the bolt in the mirror pivot with the included wrench.

Re-attach the mirror arm to the mirror pivot and tighten it by turning the knob clockwise.

Items you will need: Masking Tape, Drill with 1/4″ Drill Bit, 5/32″ Allen Wrench, Socket Wrench with 3/8″ Socket (or Pliers)
TIP: After tightening the knob in step 10, you can rotate the mirror arm clockwise even further (in the same direction as the knob) to ensure a more secure fit.
