Safety Instruction

Using Restriction

  • This product is only used for indoor cleaning. Do not use it outdoor (such as open balcony), non-floor (such as carpet), commercial or industrial environments.
  • Do not use it in the suspended environment (such as duplex floor, open balcony, furniture top) without protective fence.
  • Do not use wet wipe mode in low temperature environment to prevent water freezing from damaging the machine. Avoid the potential freezing risk to human.
  • Please suspend the ground cable at home before use to avoid dragging the cable when the machine is working.
  • Please put away fragile items and sundries (such as vases, plastic bags, etc.) on the ground, to avoid any damage to valuable things caused by minor collision or obstruction during the working process of machine.
  • Do not allow people (including children) with physical, mental or sensory impairment use or operate this product.
  • Do not let children use the robot as a toy. Please supervise children and pets to stay away from the machine.
  • Do not place any items (including children and pets) on standstill or moving machine.
  • Do not use it to clean anything burning (e.g. hot cigarette butts).
  • Please clean or maintain the machine and charging base when power is off.
  • Please use the product according to the instruction manual. Any loss caused by improper use shall be borne by the user.

Battery & Charging

  • Do not use any batteries, adapters or charging bases from third party.
  • Do not disassemble, repair or modify the battery or charging base without permission.
  • Do not place the charger around heat sources (such as a radiator).
  • Do not wipe or clean the charging base contact part with wet cloth or wet hand.
  • Do not throw away the used battery at will. It should be handled by professional recycling agency.
  • If the power cord is broken, please stop using it immediately and contact customer service immediately.
  • If you need to transport products, please ensure that the machine is turned off, and it is recommended to use the original packaging box.
  • If you do not use this product for a long time, please turn it off and keep it in a cool and dry place. Please charge the machine at least once every 3 months to avoid over-discharge.

Notes: Products, accessories, user manual and other illustrations in the manual are schematic diagrams for reference only.
Due to the updating and upgrading of the product, there may be some differences between the physical product and the schematic diagram. Please take the real product as the standard.

Assembly

Moisture Proof Pad

If necessary, mat can be installed to protect the charging base.

  • Remove the mat fixing plug from the bottom of the charging base;
  • Align the holes between the charging base and the mat;
  • Pushing the plug into corresponding holes.

Put Cord in Order
Properly tie the cord according position of the base.

Notes:

  • The power cord hanging down to the ground may be dragged by the machine, causing power failure of the charging base.
  • The indicator light on the charging base is always on when the base is in standby status and off when it is charging.

Charging Base

Place the charging base against a wall and connect it to the power supply.

Notes:
Please make sure that there are more than 0.5 meters of space on both sides of the charging base, and more than 1.5 meters of space in front of the base.

In order to clean the house and recharge more efficiently, please do not move the charging base frequently. If it changes location, the host may lose the map. When the machine works again, the host would recreate and memorize the new map.

Notes:

  • Map recreation may result in loss of information.
  • Please prevent the charging base from exposing to sunlight.

Instruction for Usage

Preparation
Before using, make sure to remove the foam i barrier on the device buffer to ensure e normal use of the device.

Pad Assembly / Disassembly

  • Place the main machine vertically on the ground as suggested below.
  • Remove the two pad boards from the motion board.
  • Put the pads on the pad boards correspondingly and stick them firmly.
  • Install the pad boards back to the motion board, installation is finished when the sound “Ka” is heard. Flip the machine and place it on flat ground.

Notes:
The pads should be stuck in the center and cannot be leaked greatly, otherwise, it may cause the failure of the drop sensor and cause danger.

Add Water
Open the cover of the main machine, and use the measuring cup to add water to the nozzle. Add water until the amount reaches the “MAX” line.

Notes:

  • Max capacity: 240ml
  • Please use clean water to avoid blocking of pump or filter.
  • Please better use neutral cleaner to improve cleaning effect.

Draining
When the machine is in stand-by mode, remove the pad boards to expose the water nozzle. Open the upper cover of the main machine, hold up the main machine
and tilt the fuselage to its left a bit. Press the drain button to empty the water tank.

Notes:
Do not release the button until water is fully drained

Notes:
Do not invert the machine when the upper cover is open, to avoid liquid overflowing into the machine and damage to the engine.

Power On/Off

  • After pressing the power button for a long time, the power indicator will light on with voice prompt. Then the machine is stand-by.
    When the host is in static state, press the power button again for a long time to turn it off and finish cleaning.
    Notes: The machine can not be turned off when being charged.

Charging

  • After powered on, place the machine within two meters in front of the charging base and press the recharging button. Then the device will automatically search the charging base and proceed to charge.
  • Connect the metal piece between the charging base and machine (as shown in the figure below), and the power indicator of the charging base will be off. The device will be automatically on and start charging.
  • Automatic recharge: after cleaning, the host machine will ‘ automatically return to charge.
  • Manual recharge: press the recharge button when machine: is in static state and start recharging.
  • When being charged, the charging base indicator is off.

Notes: If power is too low to start, please charge the machine manually. Only the when power exceeds 30% can the machine starts working.

Power On and Download APP

  • Search for “Tuya Smart” in the APP store or scan the QR code below to download the APP.

Network Configuration

  • Press the power button and the recharge button at the same time for 2 seconds after starting the machine. After hearing the voice prompt, configure the network.

  • Open “Tuya Smart” APP, click “+” in the upper right corner to add device by click “Small Home Appliances” and “ Floor sweeping robot”. After that, connect the device in the APP according to the operation instructions.

WIFI Reset

  • You need to reset WIFI after changing the router or WIFI password, please reset according to the above operations.

Instruction of Usage

Cleaning Method

  • After starting up, the machine will directly and intelligently plan the path. Clean the working area efficiently in zigzag cleaning mode, and automatically avoid obstacles. After cleaning, the machine will automatically return to the charging base for charging.

Hibernate

  • If no operation for 15 minutes, the machine will automatically go into hibernation mode. In the sleeping state, the power indicator goes off. Press any button to wake up the machine.

Timed cleaning

  • Use APP to set the schedule cleaning time. The machine will start cleaning automatically at the specified time and return to the charging base after finishing cleaning.

Cleaning Mode

  • Choose dry / wet wiping mode, the water spray speed and pad vibrate frequency in APP.

Working/Pause

  • Press any button on the machine during cleaning, and the machine will stop working.
  • Click “Pause” in APP to suspend the current task.

Usage Tips

  • In order to ensure the cleaning effect, it is suggested to sweep the whole area at first to remove large particle of garbage.
  • The I-Mopper can not be used to clean stagnant water or sticky ground.
  • During the cleaning process, when the power is low, the machine will automatically return to charge.
  • Please collect all kinds of cords on the ground before using the machine, so to avoid power failure or damage caused by cords dragging during the cleaning process.
  • Please clean and replace the pads immediately after cleaning to prevent mildew and odor.
  • It is recommended to change or clean the mop every 30 minutes during cleaning.

Routine Maintenance & Installation

Pad

  • Please clean the used pads immediately after finishing cleaning at each time to avoid mildew and odor. The pads should be dried after cleaning and avoid installing wet mop to the machine, as dirty mop will affect the cleaning effect. It is commended to change the durable pad every 3-6 months to ensure the cleaning effect.

Water Tank

  • In order to ensure the continuous and effective cleaning ability of the product, please clean the water tank in time after using the product. After removing the pads, press the drain button to empty the remaining water in the tank.

Battery Pack

  • The main machine is equipped with high performance lithium battery pack. In order to maintain the battery performance, please keep the machine charged when not using.
  • it is not used for more than a week, please force shut it down and store it properly. Charge it at least once every three months to avoid damage to the battery.

Charging Contact

  • Please use dry cloth to clean the charging contact on the main machine and the charging base (please turn off the power when cleaning, and it is recommended to clean every month). Forced Shutdown
  • Open the upper cover, remove the rubber, and insert a solid needle into the hole above (as shown in the picture) OS to force shutdown.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solutions
Unable to turn on 1. Insufficient battery power. Please charge it before

use.
2. Too high/ low battery temperature. Please use it within 0-40°.
Unable to charge| 1. Charging base is not energized. Please confirm whether both ends of the power cord have been plugged in.
2. Bad connecting. Please clean the charging contact.
3. Please confirm that the indicator light is on.
Slow charging speed| 1. Under high/low temperature, the machine slows down to extend battery lifespan.
2. Dirty charging contact. Please clean it by dry cloth.
Unable to re-charge| 1. Too many obstacles near the charging base. Please put it in open area.
2. The main machine is too far away from the charging base. Please try to put the it in the near area.
Unusual behavior| 1.Clean the surface of collision sensor.
2. Clean the surface of drop sensor.
3. Turn off and restart.
Unusual noise
during cleaning| Entanglement of wheels. Please stop the machine and clean the wheels.
Decreased cleaning effect| Dirty pads, please clean them.
Unable to contact WIFI| 1. Poor WIFI signal, Please ensure the machine is in good WIFI condition.
2. Abnormal connect with WIFI. Please reset WIFI and download the latest APP and try to connect again.
Ineffective timed mode| Low battery, the timed mode would work when battery power exceeds 20%.
Continuous power
loss while charging| If the machine is connected to the charging base, the power would be very low, which is beneficial to keep the battery in best performance.
