Putting into operation

Before first use, be sure to read the safety instructions contained in this user’s manual carefully. Before first use, please charge the BT earphones to a maximum level. The headphones are automatically ready to use after removing from the charging box.

Caution: To prevent damage to your hearing, before connecting the BT headphones to your mobile phone, make sure that your device’s volume level is always set to minimum.

Note: The BT headphones will turn off after a longer period of inacti- vity unless they are paired to another device.

Pairing your headphones via Bluetooth

Open charging box cover and wait until earphones pair with each other and master earpod LED start to flash constantly. Find “PRIMAL” in available bluetooth devices in your mobile phone or another device to which you wish to pair earphones and start the pairing process.

Note: In case you dont see „PRIMAL” in available devices, check if bluetooth is turned ON in your device (restart bluetooth in case of fu-ture invisibility).

Note: To ensure a stable bluetooth connection, make sure that the distance between the BT earphones and your paired device is kept within 10 meters. Depending on the surrounding interference, it is so-metimes necessary to keep a shorter distance between the BT ear-phones and your paired device.

Note: If you are requested to enter a pairing code while your device and the BT earphones are pairing, use the following code: “0000”. Operation of the BT headphones

Turning the BT earphones ON: Hold down the multifunction touch button on both earphones for 2 seconds. By opening charging case earphones will automatically connect with last used device. Simply place them in ears and double tap to play your playlist.
Turning the BT earphones OFF: Hold down the multifunction touch button on both earphones for 5 seconds. Inserting the BT earphones in the charging box will disconnect them from the bluetooth transmission, turn them off and start their charging automatically
Answering/ending a phone call: The incoming call on a paired mo-bile device is announced by the beep sounds. To answer/end an incoming call double tap the multifunction touch button on any earphone.
Rejecting an incoming call: To reject an incoming call to a paired mobile device, hold down the multifunction touch button on the any earphone for 2 seconds until the call is rejected.
To start/pause the music playback: To start/pause the music play-back from your connected mobile device, tap once the multifunction touch button on any earphone shortly
Previous/next track: For previous track triple tap the multifunction touch button on any earphone shortly. For next track double tap the multifunction touch button on any earphone shortly
Voice assistant: To enable this feature on your paired mobile device, hold the multifunction touch button on the left headphone for 1 se-cond. The voice assistant feature availability depends on the type and settings of your mobile device. Voice assistant activation is announ-ced by beep sound in left earphone.

Charging

A charged battery provides power for several hours of operation at normal volume levels. A high volume consumes more battery power; therefore, we recommend listening at normal volume levels.

Once BT earphones are placed in the charging box and upper cover is closed, LED indicator (5) is showing charging status as following: a. Left and right LED shine white – the BT headphones are not fully charged and their charging is in progress. b. Left and right LEO turned OFF – the BT headphones are fully char-ged and their charging is finished.
If the BT earphones are located outside the charging box, LEO indi-cator of the charging box (5) shows the charging box battery status as follows: a. Red colour – charging box battery level is below 35% b. Orange colour – charging box battery level is above 35% c. Green colour – charging box battery level is above 70%
Once BT earphones are placed in the charging box and upper cover is opened, LEO indicator (2) is showing earphones charging status as following:

LED flash white – charging
LED flash white constantly and after 3s turn OFF- fully charged

If you wish to dispose of this product, request the necessary information about the correct disposal method from local government departments or from your seller.
