Product Introduction

  2. The wireless charger power bank of i2001PB is equipped with USB A to C charging cable and is compatible with most mobile phones and other smart devices.

Operation Guide

  1. Power Bank
    Connect the USB A or Type-C port of the power bank to the mobile phone with a cable to charge.

  2. Wireless Charging
    Put the phone on the wireless charging pad, press the power button to start charging, or connect with the adapter to start charging.

  3. Magnetically Attachment
    Both the Casetify phone case and wireless charging power bank have a magnet, so they can be easily attached, precisely positioned, and start charging.

Note: When the charger is disconnected (without load) for more than 30 seconds, it will automatically shut down the output circuit and enter the power-saving mode.

Pre-charging

Connect the USB Type-c cable to the device with one end to the power supplier and another end to the charging port.

Notes:

  1. Supports only Charging of 5V/2A and later.
  2. The output of a USB of a PC usually is 500mAH which makes the charging slow.

Charging Indicators

  1. When charging other devices:
    • The power indicators light on accordingly when charging, which indicates the remaining battery of the wireless charger.
    • If the indicator light on green flash the charging run out of power.

  2. Pre-charging the charging power stand
    • The power indicators light on indicate the remaining battery of the wireless charger.
    • The indicator always be on which means the battery capacity is 100%.
    • The wireless charging light on green flashing, which means abnormal charging.

When in Power Bank mode, short press the power button to check the remaining power. The battery status LED will show the remaining power.

Troubleshooting

Q: Can’t pre-charge the wireless charging stand.

  • Check if it is connected rightly.
  • Internal wiring fault. Contact the after-sale service.

Q: No response when charging other devices.

  • Low battery. Pre-charge the device.
  • Incompatible voltage.
  • Connect it in the right way.
  • Damaged charging cable or adapter. Contact the after-sale service.

  • Don’t unauthorized equipment and accessories, otherwise, the equipment and accessories will not be in the company’s warranty scope.
