Use steps
Open the product:
- Scan QR code and download app;
- Open the app and select the product model;
- Open the cover to start the machine;
Link product WiFi:
- Optional channel for WiFi model of mobile phone link product;
- Return to the app and enter it for use; Replace the ear spoon head: unscrew the ear spoon head, pull out the ear spoon, replace the ear spoon head, and then tighten it;

Troubleshooting
Faults and solutions:
No response after startup: please use the supporting charging cable for
charging, and the charging time is 85 minutes; Camera does not light up: the
ear bar is shut down and restarted; App flash back: uninstall the existing app
and re scan the QR code for installation; The installation of accessories and
tools is not smooth: unscrew the ear spoon head, pull out the ear spoon,
replace the ear spoon head, and then tighten it; The power indicator of ear
bar shows red light: please use the supporting charging line for charging, and
the charging time is 55 minutes; After the product is successfully connected
to the app, the real-time image cannot be displayed normally: disconnect the
mobile phone from the ear bar WiFi, restart the ear bar and reconnect the
WiFi; The WiFi connection is unstable, and sometimes it is disconnected in a
few seconds: restart the ear bar and reconnect the app; If the above operation
still fails to solve the problem, please contact the customer service, and we
will further provide you with practical solutions;
matters needing attention
- When cleaning the lens, it is recommended to carefully wipe it with a professional alcohol cotton swab;
- Be sure to assemble the ear in place before use to prevent the ear spoon from falling;
- Please observe the surrounding environment before use. Do not use it when someone is running to avoid impact;
- Children are not allowed to use this product alone to avoid accidental injury;
- Please put the main machine body in liquid to avoid damage caused by immersion;
- The built-in charging battery of the product must also be charged once a month if it is not often used;
- Avoid direct exposure to the sun, especially the accessories in the storage box to avoid softening;
- When in use, the product temperature will rise slightly (from the laboratory data, the maximum temperature of the whole machine does not exceed about 35 ° ), please rest assured to use;
Q. Can’t you use the product normally after WiFi connection?
- If you are using VPN service, please turn off VPN service and try again.
- If VPN cannot be set, please follow the instructions.
- If it still cannot be solved, please uninstall the software and reinstall it.
