Before use
Please read these instructions carefully. They will give you important advice
on the use, security, and maintenance of the appliance. Keep the instructions
carefully and, should the situation arise, pass them on to further users.
The appliance must only be used for the intended purpose according to these
instructions.
This appliance is not meant for commercial use only exclusively for private
use.
Observe the notes on safety regulations.
Dispose of the packaging properly.

Before using it for the first time
Check when you are unpacking the appliance that is not damaged in any way.
Operation
- Connect the appliance to the socket.
- One switch controls one tubular. Press switch I on separately, to have the power 400W, and press switch II on separately to have the power 500W. When pressing both, the power will arrive at 900W.
- Once finished, press both switches to the position ”O”(off)
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning the appliance, check that it is disconnected from the mains
and wait until it is completely cold.
Clean the outside of the housing with a moist cloth. Do not use aggressive
chemicals or abrasives, such as metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the
surfaces of the appliance.
In the case of questions or problems, turn to the customer support department.
Safety Notes
- Only connect the appliance to a single-phase socket with the main voltage as specified on the rating plate.
- This appliance must not be used by persons (including children) with physical, sensory, or mental impairments unless they have been instructed in its correct use by a responsible adult.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
- Do not use the appliance with a programmer, timer, or any other device that switched the heater on automatically. It is because fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
- Do not cover up the cable or run it under the carpet. Make sure that the cable is out of the way and not likely to trip anyone up.
- Do not position the appliance in close proximity to curtains or other combustible materials.
- Keep combustible materials such as furniture, bedding, and any other combustible materials at least 30cm from the appliance.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. If the appliance or plug should accidentally become wet, disconnect the power immediately and have the appliance checked by an electrician before using it again. Never attempt to open the appliance yourself.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never pull the plug out of the socket with wet hands.
- This appliance is not suitable for commercial use.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Never leave the appliance unattached while it is in use.
- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children while in function and cooling.
- Always remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and each time before it is cleaned.
- Never use the cable to carry the appliance.
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

The warranty is valid only on the presentation of the invoice of purchase.

This WARRANTY is limited exclusively to parts substitution ineffective due to faulty manufacture, made in our workshops.

The elimination of several faults of the scope of the guarantee is made for repair or replacement of defective parts, according to the discretion of our technical services.
Defective parts are our property. -
Are not covered under warranty damage caused by transportation, neglect or poor use, improper assembly or installation, as well as external influences such as lightning strikes or power, flooding, humidity, etc..

Lose warranty, all appliances that are not being used according to the instructions, or connected to FEEDING NETWORKS do not guarantee a constant voltage of 220/240V.

The warranty does not cover damages for personal injury or damage caused directly or indirectly in any capacity whatsoever.

This warranty terminates when it is found to have been undergoing repairs, alterations, or interventions by any person not authorized by Joel.
THE WARRANTY EXPIRES
- If the appliance has not been installed by an Accredited Technician.
- Exceeded the period of 2 years for home appliances and 06 months for industrial appliances, the warranty expires and assistance will be made by charging the costs of manpower, according to current fees.
- With the modification or disappearance of the nameplate of the appliance.
