The following cases are not the failures
Case

Cause

Supply water during the course of washing.
The water cannot be charged when starting washing from rinse.

About the water charging

After connecting the water supply pipe, water will come in from the water supply opening if turning on the tap.

The pulsator stop rotating during the charging for about 1 minute. 1
The rotary water supply takes a
longer time.

“Rustle” happens as rotating the washing basket by hand. “”

· Supply water automatically if the water level drops during the
course of washing.
· The rinse water can only be charged after drainage and
spinning.
· With the application of decompression valve, the close of valve
needs certain duration.
· It may be influenced by outside interference, and it takes some
time for the sensor to detect the interference.
· As the water level of washing machine is too low.

· The sound comes from the water flow in the liquid balance
used to relieve the spinning vibration.
· That is generated during the mode switch of the clutch (the
strength of the sound varies with the sound duration).
· That is the electromagnetic sound of the motor switched on and off.
· That is the electromagnetic sound of the motor switched on
and off to control the rotating speed.

It sounds like asthma when the water drainage pump start to work.

About the water level

Relatively low water level compared with the washings load.
Relatively high water level compared with the washings load.

About the lint filter

There are much floss.

About the washing duration

Washing doesn’t finish beyond the predefined time.

Cause
· It is because the clothes oblique cause the action of the
security switch.
· It doesn’t matter that the water is hard to be poured over the
clothes since there are not much washings.
· The security switch acts as the laundry declines.
Change automatically to the “Water-storage rinse” for the next rinsing.
· The security switch acts as the laundry declines.
Start spinning and agitating after rinsing, and the spinning will go on after clearing the laundry declination.
· It is because the sensor control the spinning times to improve
the efficiency of spinning.
· When the power supply is cut off, the basket stops completely,
and the lid lock will be unlocked.
· The power supply switch won’t work until the basket stops the
inertial rotation.
· This is to prevent overflow.
The water drainage pump starts automatically when the preset alarming level is exceeded.
· This is because the water in the washer is going to to be drained off,
resulting in the entry of air into the chamber of the water drainage pump.
· The setting of the water level is based on the extent of the washings
in the washing machine emerging out the water surface and the ability of the clothes roll up and down in the washing machine.
· Since the clothes of chemical fiber is comparatively light, the
water level is set accordingly low.
· The water level will rise during washing if the clothes being washed
have been drenched or water has been charged in advance.
· If there is much floss in “Normal” program, the efficiency of the floss
filtering can be improved by increasing the water consumption, extending washing time and setting rinse for more times.
· The washing time may exceed predefined time in case of extremely
small amount of charged water.

Others

Water comes out from the water drainage hose during first time usage.
Pulsator rotates but does not display the washings load and water quantity after pressing the Start button.
No reaction after starting.
There are detergent residue remained on the detergent dispenser.

Cause
· The predefined time is the time for drying spinning, and the
actual operation time need to plus the clothes dressing and oblique correction time, which, in aggregation, will be longer than the predefined time by 5~30 minutes. 5 30
· Depending on the quantities & types of laundries, air temperature &
moisture, seasons and environment, the completion time may differ. ··

· The washing machine sound “Hoola, hoola” after the power supply is
switched on. About 1 second later, the LED light. (since the software switch is used, the microcomputer need time for internal treatment.) “” 1
· When switching off the power supply with clutch motor in spinning status,
the clutch motor returns to washing status and the mode LED light.
· The operation stops after the power supply is switched off during the
spinning, and it buzzes. That’s the sound generated during switching modes by clutch. “”
· After the power supply is cut off, the spinning basket stops
completely, and the lid lock will be unlocked.
· This is the odor of the insulating varnish of the motor in the
beginning of use. The odor exists only at the early stage, and will dissappear about period of time after put into application.
· Adverse drainage condition or excessive foams (due to
excessive detergent) may cause too much spinning load and make the smell even more intensive.
· Water from tests conducted by the manufacturer remains in the
drainage hose.
· This is because the sensor cannot successfully detect due to
the foreign interference. At that time, the power supply can be cut off and the washing machine need to be restarted.
· This is because the washing machine is waiting for detergent or
is switching the clutch.
· When the body is excessive oblique, the detergent may remain
on the dispenser. Please check the obliquity of the body.
