Limitations of warranty – general instructions
- During and after installation, be sure that the exhaust system is not touching any components sensible to high temperatures. The manufacturer is not liable for damages (including personal damage and injuries) of any kind resulting from improper use and installation of the exhaust system.
- After installation, it is recommended to check all screws to be properly tightened and to check the alignment of the exhaust system.
- When tightening original screws please follow the indications given in the vehicle’s maintenance manual, for hardware given in the fitting kit please follow the values listed below:
- Warranty is limited to defects recognized by the manufacturer’s technical service and related to normal use of the exhaust system. Warranty terms exclude components subject to normal wear, like gaskets and wadding materials. Warranty is void in case of accident, modifications, improper use, and competition use.
- It is strongly recommended not to install and use the exhaust system on a vehicle for which the exhaust system has not been designed.
- In normal use conditions, the exhaust system can get very hot, even when the engine is switched off. be careful to avoid contact with exhaust system surfaces.
- Wadding material’s durability changes depending on the kind of use of the exhaust system. Generally and as pure information, it is recommended to check internal wadding material every 8000/9000km and at least once a year or in case you notice a change in noise from the exhaust or a change in color of the silencer’s external body surface.
- Technical characteristics and specifications of Arrow exhaust systems and related components can be subject to modifications and changes without notice.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: REMOVING THE EXHAUST VALVE SYSTEM WILL CAUSE ECU TO DISPLAY A WARNING MESSAGE. THIS CAN BE REMOVED ONLY BY INSTALLING AN ELECTRONIC “SERVO ELIMINATOR KIT” AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET

Remove the pins shown above (1 on each side)

Remove the screws (4 on each side) and remove the belly pan
Remove the screws (2) shown above and remove valve cover
Loosen the nuts and remove the valve-driving cables
Detach the cables from their mount to the frame
Remove valve driving cables from the valve actuator engine and remove them from the bike

Loosen the clamp, remove the screw and remove the OE silencer
Remove the gasket from original silencer
Fit the gasket and the clamp as shown above![HONDA CBR1000RR 1000cc Motorcycle

Fit the link pipe and secure the clamp (do NOT tighten in this phase)
Fit the silencer, secure the mount to the footrest and secure the spring
Tighten the clamp
Fit caged nuts to the heat shield mounts as shown above
