BEFORE FIRST USE
- Before using make sure there is enough space above the appliance to allow sufficient at Circulation.

ABOUT THE ROTI MAKER
- This appliance as a variable temperature control that can be adjusted from 0- 240°C.
- The appliance can be wed in two different position:
Open cover position: Cooks the food on the top and button at the same time.
Open-fiat position: Give you a larger cooking surface. Cook the food on the bottom only

USING THE ROTI MAKER
- Before preheating the cooking plates, lightly brush each plane with vegetable oil or lightly spray with non stick cooking spray.
- Always preheat the appliance in the closed position and before placing any food on the cooking.
- Close the appliance and plug the unit into a standard wall outlet. The Power on indicator Light turns on and stays on the unit & unplugged. The red Ready Light comes on when the unit reaches the cooking temperature.
- Once preheated, open the appliance and place food to be cooked on the cooking plate Caution: Mates and hot, use as oven mitt and carefully left the lid to check or remove food.
- Close the appliance. The red Ready Light will cycle on and off.
Note: Should grease or oil overflow during use, unplug unit and let it cool completely. Check the cooking plates and clean the grease or oil before further use.

Warming

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
