  6. It is forbidden to burn battery packs or abandon them in the fire, which will cause explosion.
  7. Do not charge damaged battery packs.
  8. If the power cord on the charger is damaged, please go to the designated maintenance station to replace it in time.
  9. Be sure to unplug the charger before removing the battery pack.
  10. During charging, the heating of charger and battery pack is a normal phenomenon.
  11. Do not insert charged batteries into the charger when you do not use the machine.
  12. When angular mill is working, the fuselage and battery pack will heat up, which is a normal phenomenon.
  13. Waste battery packs must be sent to local recycling points for recycling.
  14. Keep alert. When operating electric tools, be conscious of the operation. Do not operate under fatigue, drugs, alcohol or therapeutic reactions. In order to avoid causing serious personal injury.
  15. Please use the auxiliary handle provided by the randomizer to avoid personal injury caused by misoperation.
  16. When operating a machine, it may touch a hidden wires and we must hold the insulating surface of the machine. Because the metal on the surface of the  achine will be electrified, cause bodily injury

  1. Installation/removal of battery packs (see figure A) Install the battery pack: Push the battery pack into the machine and hear the click.
Remove Battery Pack: Press the button of Battery Pack and pull it out.
Do not pull it out directly.
    B
Warning: The battery pack must be removed to prevent personal injury caused by mistakenly touching the switch.

  2. Install auxiliary handle (see figure B)
Note: The auxiliary handle must be firmly installed before operation.
Install the auxiliary handle on the tool according to the graphic position.
    ① Align and coincide with ② C

  3. Installation or removal of protective shield (see figure C, D) When installing the shield, the screw of the shield is loosened with a screwdriver, and the protruding part of the inner ring of the shield is aligned with the slot of the front cover. After installing the shield in place, the position of the protective shield can be adjusted to protect the operator, according to the actual requirement of the work. When disassembling the protective shield, repeat the above installation steps in reverse order.
    D

  4. Installation and disassembly of grinding wheel/multi-disc (see figure E. F) During installation, the groove of the internal pressure plate is clamped on the flat position of the output shaft. Install the grinding wheel sheet/disc on the internal pressure plate and then load the external pressure plate. Then press the self-locking button forcefully to prevent the output shaft from turning. Finally, insert the opening wrench into the positioning hole of the external pressure plate and tighten the external pressure plate to lock the grinding wheel sheet clockwise.
When disassembling the grinding wheel sheet, repeat the above installation steps in reverse order.
    E

Warning:
The self-locking button can only be used when the tool stops rotating.

Operation guide
Charging
This charger and battery pack are exclusive, and other chargers are strictly prohibited.
Battery packs will be hot after operating in a high temperature environment for a long time. At this time, charging is not allowed immediately until the battery is cooled and charged.
When the machine is charged for the first time or is not used for a long time, the battery efficiency can reach 100% only after 2-3 times of charging and discharging.
The full battery pack is inserted into the charger. The charger intelligently checks the battery pack. The unlock voltage is not reached. The charger will not charge the battery pack. The indicator light shows that the red light is off.

Be careful:
When operating tools, do not apply excessive pressure, excessive pressure will lead to the breakage of grinding wheel, causing danger. When tool dropping occurs during grinding operation, it is necessary to disconnect the switch and pull out the battery pack to check whether the grinding wheel is damaged. If the grinding wheel is damaged or damaged, please replace it in time to prevent the splash of the grinding wheel from causing damage. Do not knock with a grinding wheel or disc. When working, it is necessary to avoid bouncing or blocking of grinding wheel blades, so as to avoid the rebound caused by loosing control of the tool This tool is strictly forbidden to use sawblades and other sawblades. When these saw blades are used, the tool will bounce frequently and easily get out of control, causing personal injury accidents.
G

Be careful:
After the operation is completed, the switch is disconnected. After the grinding wheel blade stops turning completely, the tool is put down and the battery pack is
taken out.

  1. Start/close (see figure 6) Start: push the button forward and the button will stay on the “on” position Shut down: Push the button back, and the machine will shut down

  2. Grinding and cutting Operation Be sure to hold the tool in both hands (one hand holds the fuselage, the other hand holds the auxiliary handle) and start the tool, then place the grinding wheel or disc on the workpiece.

    2. Cutting Grinding Wheel Sheet
    3. Inner Presure Plate

  3. Operation of Choosing Accessories for Cutting Grinding Wheel Slices/Diamond saw blade Installation direction of internal and external pressure plates varies with the thickness of grinding wheel sheets. See Figures H and J. sheet
    J
    Warning:
Never use cutting wheel for side grinding.
Do not squeeze the grinding wheel or over-pressure it, too deep cutting. Excessive pressure on grinding wheel will increase tool load, twist or stick the grinding wheel, rebound or damage the grinding wheel, resulting in electric shock overheating.
Do not start the cutting operation in the workpiece. When the tool reaches full speed, it is carefully inserted into the surface of the cutting workpiece. If the tool is started in the workpiece, the grinding wheel sheet is easy to produce the imagination of sticking, moving or rebounding.
In the cutting operation, do not change the angle of the grinding wheel blade, cutting the grinding wheel blade and applying pressure measurement (grinding operation) will cause the grinding wheel to crack or break, leading to serious personal injury. In operation, the grinding wheel blade wins perpendicular to the material being cut.

  4. Clean the dust cover (see figure K) Pull out the dust shield in the direction of arrow by pressing the protruding part of the dust shield. After cleaning the dust shield, push it into the fuselage slot.

Environmental protection

As far as environmental protection is concerned, damaged machines, accessories and packaging materials must be classified and treated in detail so as to facilitate recycling.
