Product Information Smart Double Pole Thermostat
The TH1500WF is a smart double pole thermostat that can be controlled through the Neviweb app. It features load/line wires located on the back of the thermostat that can be connected using the provided connectors. The thermostat must be installed by a certified electrician and comply with national and local electrical codes and regulations. Product Usage Instructions
To install the thermostat, follow these steps:
- Unlock and lift the thermostat cover.
- Connect the load/line wires located on the back of the thermostat using the provided connectors. Firmly tighten the wire connectors to ensure a secure connection.
- Use screws to secure the thermostat to the electrical box.
- Replace and lock the cover.
- Power up the thermostat.
To modify the device’s settings, follow these steps:
- Access the menu by getting the setpoint to its minimum and holding the button for 10 seconds.
- Press the + or – button to change the setting.
- Press the + and – buttons simultaneously to save and go to the next parameter.
- Continue to press until the end of the list to exit the menu.
To add the thermostat to the Neviweb app, follow these steps:
- Download the Neviweb app for iOS or Android and create an account.
- Select “Add Device” and then select “Thermostats”.
- Select your thermostat model: TH1500WF.
- Follow the steps of the installation wizard.
To disconnect the thermostat from the Wi-Fi router or the Neviweb app, press the + and – buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The symbol will disappear from the display. To remove the thermostat from Neviweb, press “Delete” in the thermostat’s settings.

The installation of this thermostat must be performed by a certified
electrician and comply with the national and local electrical codes and
regulations Before starting the installation of your new thermostat. make sure
that the breakers for your heating system are off at the main electrical panel
INSTALL YOUR THERMOSTAT
- Unlock and lift the thermostat cover
- Use the provided connectors to connect the load/line wires located on the back of the thermostat. Make sure to firmly tighten the wire connectors for a secure connection. A loose connection can be a fire hazard.
- Use the screws to secure the thermostat to the electrical box.
- Replace the cover and lock.
- Power up the thermostat.
USER SETTINGS
Ali of the thermostat’s settings can be set through the Neviweb app. However. if you have not created your account and wish to change the temperature format, you need to:

ADD YOUR THERMOSTAT TO THE NEVIWEB APP
- If you do not have an account yet, download the Neviweb app for iOS or Android to create an account and add your device.
- Tap the , then select “Add Device”. Select “Thermostats”, then tap on your thermostat model: TH1500WF.
- Follow the steps of the Installation Wizard.
DISCONNECT YOUR THERMOSTAT FROM THE WI-FI ROUTER OR THE NEVIWEB APP
