Bluetooth Pairing

Pairing

Pick up the earbuds from the charging bin to enter into the pairing mode, with the red and blue lights flashing alternatively.

Access the Settings of mobile phone/tablet — Bluetooth — Search — Power Q25 Pro– Pairing/Connecting — Play music.

| Activate/Deactivate Siri
In the standby mode, tap either MFB button 3 times to activate Siri voice assistant. Double-tap on both earbuds to deactivate the Siri.

ON/OFF switch

  1. In the first time use, take the earbuds from the charging bin and peel off the protective film. Once put into the charging bin, the earbuds will turn off and initiate recharging automatically. When taken out from the charging bin, the earbuds will turn on automatically.
  2. After use put the earbuds into the charging bin, and it will turn off automatically.

How to pair

  1. Take the earbuds out of the charging bin and it will start working automatically.
  2. The red and blue lights will flash alternatively (entering pairing mode)
  3. Access the Settings of mobile phone/tablet — Bluetooth — Search — Power Q25 Pro– Pair/Connect — Play music.

Pair with PC/Laptop
Turn on the computer Settings-Devices-Bluetooth and Other Devices
– Initiate Bluetooth – Add Bluetooth or Other Devices – Search Bluetooth
– Power Q25 Pro- Pair/Connect – Play music.
Notes: If the computer has no Bluetooth function, please insert a Bluetooth adaptor, and download a Bluetooth driver for normal functioning.

How to reset?
Place the earbuds into the charging bin, the earbuds will turn off and initiate charging automatically. Take the earbuds out of the charging bin, the earbuds will turn on automatically and reset.

How to recharge the earbuds

  1. Place the earbuds into the charging bin, the earbuds will turn off and initiate recharging automatically. During recharging, the dynamic indicator lights on the LED display of the charging bin will be turned on.
  2. Once the earbuds are fully recharged, the blue indicator lights on the earbuds will go off.

How to recharge the charging bin

  1. Please use a mobile phone adapter to recharge the charging bin.
    You may charge via a Type-C cable connected to a computer, or another charger with a Type-C interface.

  2. The indicator light of the charging box lights up to indicate that it is charging

Attention

  1. Please avoid disassembling/reassembling the product in case of failure or fire accident.
  2. Please keep away from corrosive liquids to prevent the product from being damaged.
  3. Please avoid exposure to extreme temperatures below 10℃, or above 60℃.
  4. Please keep it beyond the reach of kids or pets.
  5. Please mind contact with sharp objects to avoid scratches.
  6. Please avoid using it on thundering and rainy days to prevent damage or electrical shock.
  7. In the case of non-use for above a month, please charge regularly for maintenance.
  8. As the Bluetooth signal cannot transmit in water, it is not suitable for swimming or diving.

Why cannot I detect Bluetooth?
Why Bluetooth pairing failure?

  1. The Bluetooth ring is 10m; please ensure no obstacles and place the mobile phone close to the earbuds.
  2. If the earbuds are connected to other mobile phones or devices, please disconnect first.
  3. Please reboot the Bluetooth device and reset the earbuds.

Why do the earbuds produce no sound? Or,
why does the music playing stop?

  • Please check the network connection of the mobile phone, observe the Internet speed, and see if the music is still loading.
  • Please check if the mobile phone is connected to two audio devices simultaneously. Double-tap the left and right MFB buttons to disconnect.
  • The Bluetooth range is 10m, please ensure no obstacles, and place the mobile phone close to the earbuds.
  • The strong environmental disturbance and magnetic field will affect the transmission of Bluetooth signals.
  • Access the mobile phone Bluetooth interface, click the pairing, delete the pairing record and search for Bluetooth to pair again.
  • You may reboot your mobile phone or reset the earbuds.

What should I do if there is no sound in the left or right ear?
Reset the earbuds, reboot the mobile phone, delete the mobile phone pairing record; then search and pair again. If it still fails, please do as follows:

  1. Place the two earbuds into the charging bin for recharging; maintain the recharging status, and tap the MFB buttons on both sides 5 times.   2. Take the earbuds out of the charging bin, and in 3-5s, the earbuds will pair automatically. You can also pair by manual mode: take the earbuds out of the bin to initiate;  when the red and blue lights flash, tap the MFB buttons on both sides 3 times respectively; in 3-5s, the earbuds will pair automatically. When the red and blue lights of one earbud flash indicate successful pairing of both earbuds.
  3. When the red and blue lights of one earbud flash, it indicates the state of pairing and requests for matching with the mobile phone.
  4. Delete the mobile phone pairing record, search and reconnect.

Why do the earbuds turn off automatically?

Please ensure sufficient battery level. In addition, the earbuds will automatically disconnect Bluetooth for 10mins. Place the earbuds back in the charging bin and they will restart after recollecting.
Why cannot I recharge the charging bin?

  1. Please ensure the charging cable or mobile phone charger is in a good state and with the proper connection.

  2. To ensure proper connection, press the left and right earbuds to fully connect the charging points to the charging bin.

  3. The earbud charging points might be stained with dust or sweat.
    When placing them into the charging bin for recharging, please clean them with alcohol or cloth.

  4. Please wipe the sweat on the earbuds before putting them into the charging bin, and the indicator lights will turn on.

  5. 0nce the prompt tone “Battery Low” appears, please recharge the earbuds. When the number displayed by the LED lights on the charging bin reaches “10”, please recharge the charging bin. Please pay attention to not using up the battery of the earbuds and charging bin, as it may shorten the service life of the built-in lithium battery.

Safety Precautions

To guarantee the service life of the quality earbuds, please refer to the instructions as follows:

  1. Please keep away from high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive environment.
  2. Please avoid bumping, falling, bending, soaking, etc.
  3. Please do not disassemble the earbuds or charging bin.
  4. Please do not overcharge for a long time, which will shorten the service life.
  5. In the case of feeling any discomfort or pain, please stop using the product.
  6. Please use a certified DC 5V-1A adaptor from the manufacturer under the supervision of regulatory authorities. Repeated charging and discharging will impair the battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable electronic products.
