Introduction

The Chekoh Security Camera is a 2K home camera which comes with a video resolution of 2304*1296P.  It uses a CMOS progressive image sensor and chipset with enhances the low light capability. The camera has the ability to provide crystal color and B/W images and videos with the white and infrared lights. The camera requires a wired power and 2.4 GHz WIFI.

The camera features smart motion detection. It sends alerts to your phones and has reduced fake alarms that are caused by insects, rain, fallen leaves, etc. You have the option to customize the detection area and the sensitivity of the detection as well, using the mobile App to focus on the areas of your choice. The Chekoh camera automatically records and tracks every movement of the intruder and alerts when required. The recording is safe and encrypted under the encryption protocol. Only you have the access to the videos and recordings. The camera also supports a SD card which can be used to store the surveillance footage. It also allows you to create multiple guest accounts which can be used to share videos instantly. This means your family and friends can also access the footage upon your permission.

Some other important features of the camera are IP66 waterproof rating, 2-way audio, 3-night vision modes and pan tilt zoom. The camera features a horizontal range of 355 degrees and a vertical rotation of 90 degrees. It also features built-in noise cancellation feature which allows clear recording of the audio and allows you to hear the conversations of other people in the specified area using the App.

The infrared night vision can also be switched to floodlights and it also features an alarm if it breaks.

How to setup the Chekoh Camera

Step 1: Download the Chekoh App, by scanning the QR code present on the box or by searching in the search bar.

Step 2: Login in the app.

Step 3: Bind the App with the Chekoh camera. Select the “Add a camera” or “+” option on the app.

Step 4: Connect the camera with the power.

Step 5: Set the camera status. Enter password of your Wi-Fi connection. A notification saying “Welcome to use High Definition Webcam” will be heard. Place the smartphone close to the camera.

Step 6: A QR code will appear on the screen of your device. Scan it using the camera and wait for a few seconds. Once the configuration has been completed a bell notification will be heard.

To set the camera follow the below steps:

• At the top of the bottom, remove the cover. Use a needle to press the reset button.
• Once it has been reset, the camera will rotate for about 15 to 30 seconds. A prompt will be heard. A pop up will appear on the phone. Enter the Wi-Fi password and scan the QR code with the camera.
