Product Overview
PR10 Power Recorder is displayed by 2.4 inch TFT color LCD, and it can measure a variety of electrical equipment’s power, power factor, voltage, current, frequency, accumulated electricity consumption, accumulated electricity bill, accumulated electricity time, one-shot electricity consumption, one-shot electricity bill and one-shot electricity time. Daily use of electricity and electricity bills will be recorded, you can see the form of a chart or list of historical records. PR10 is suitable for measuring and monitoring the power consumption of the household, factory, office, and other cases, and can be used to power on or power off various electric equipment according to your setting.

- Power statistics have two types: cumulative electricity and one-shot electricity, one-shot electricity can be cleared, it is convenient for the measurement of electric charges in specific situations.
- There are three main display pages: the overview page, the one-shot electrical page, and the real-time electrical parameters page, the default page is the overview page, users can press “ ”key to switch different display pages;
- Automatic record historical data, which can be reviewed in the form of a list or chart, and can be stored for up to 30 years.
- Charge rates can be set up to 4 decimal places, the number of decimal places can be adjusted freely, and support 8-time sections of sub billing function can be easily used for peak load billing occasions.
- There are 9 timers, two are advanced timers, which can be set to power on or power off the power supply in a specific time on “no repeated”, “every day”, “working day” or “weekend”, and other 7 timers are general timers that can be set to open or close the power supply during the certain period of time in one day.
- It has an alarm function and can be set to alarm when the voltage, current, power, or temperature exceeds alarm settings.
- It has an output protection function and can be set to cut off the power supply when the voltage, current, power, or temperature exceeds the output protection value. The “Launch overload” mode can be set when the current is 2A or above. No current and power are detected whether exceeds the setting or not within 15 seconds when the “Launch overload” is checked. It also has an automatic recovery function. When “Auto Recovery” is checked, if the machine is in output protection mode, 1 minute later the power supply will be turned on automatically, if the power, voltage, current, or temperature exceeds the output protection value, it will restart the output protection again, and the power supply will not be powered on.
- Energy-saving setting: it can be set to turn off the screen automatically without operation in 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, it also can be set not to turn off the screen. The measurement function continues after the screen is closed, press any key to turn on the screen.
- The total power consumption and historical records can be cleared or do the factory restore on the system setting page.
- Power resolution switches automatically according to the measurement results, when less than 100W it displays two decimal places, when greater than 100W it displays one decimal when greater than 1000W there’s no decimal display.
- Over range hint.
- 6 different forms of plug and socket are optional, respectively, for the new GB 10A, GB 16A, EU 16A, FR 16A, American 15A, and BS 13A.
- Small size, beautiful appearance, easy to carry, suitable for all kinds of electrical equipment for measurement.

- Press “ ” key in the operating state, to pop up the system menu;
- Press “ ” key to select the “History” item, now “History” is white letters on blue;
- Press “ ” key to pop up the history menu;
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to select “Month-Chart”, “Month-List”, “Year-Chart”, or “Year-List” items.
- Press “ key again to enter the history records pages.

Function Settings
Process of entering into a setting page.
- Press “ ” key in the main pages, to pop up the main menu.
- Press “ ” key to select the menu item that is needed, now the item is white letters on blue.
- If the item has a submenu, press the “ ” key to pop up the submenu, then select the submenu item and press “ ” key to enter into the setting page, if no submenu, press “ ” key to enter into the setting page.

Set languages
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the language setting page.
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to move the cursor to the language which is needed.
- Press “ ” key to set the language which is needed.
- Press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button, then press “ ” key to save the settings and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
Currency settings
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the language setting page.
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to move the cursor to the language which is needed.
- Press “ ” key to set the language which is needed.
- Press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button, then press “ ” key to save the settings and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
Charge rate settings

See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, select the “General ” sub-item, and enter the charge rate setting page;

Press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “Enable segment charge” checkbox if want to charge with time division (e.g. charge the peak-valley electricity charge
rates), press “ ” key to check this checkbox, if not need the segment charging, please do not check this checkbox; -
Press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “Decimal digits” checkbox, then press “ ” key or “ ” key to set the decimal digits;

Press “ ” key, if the “Enable segment charge” checkbox is checked, then jump to the “OK” button, press “ ” key again to set the segment charge rates, and do as the step 7. If the “Enable segment charge” checkbox is not checked, then set the charge rate, press “ ” key or “ ” key to set the charge rate, and press“ ” key to jump to the next digit, then press “ ” key to confirm it.

Press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button, and press “ ” key to keep the setting and quit. Press “Return/Clear” to save the settings and quit.

If the “Enable segment charge” checkbox is checked, then need to set the charge rate of segment charging, according to the “Process of entering into setting pages”, select “SegX”(X=1~8) submenu item, enter into the setting page of the charge rate of segment charging;

If needed, can do the settings in the previews segment or next segment, or press“ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button, and press “ ” key to save the settings and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
T he date format setting
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the date format setting page;
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to select the needed data formats;
- Press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button, press “ ” key to save the settings, and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
The time setting
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the time setting page;
- Press “ ” key to set the time, now the tenth of Year is white letters on blue;
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to adjust the value, then press “ ” key to achieve the adjustment and enter the next step;
- Continue to set as the step 3, until to adjust the time;
- At last press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button, and press“ ” key to save the settings, and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
Setting the timing (Advanced timer (timer 1, timer 2) setting )
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages and”, select “timer1” or “timer2” submenu item, and enter the advanced timer setting page.
- Press “ ” key to set the timer, now the “Enabled” checkbox is blue;
- Press “ ” key to check or uncheck this checkbox, then press “ ” key to set the start time of the timer;
- Use “ ” key, “ ” key, and “ ” key to set the start time of the timer.
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to select the time option of the timer, then press “ ” key to complete the time option set, the time has 4 options: “Not repeated”, “Every day”, “Workday” and “Weekend”, “Not repeated” means the machine will power on or power off on the date and time of the setting, “Every day” means no matter which date, the machine will power on or power off at the set time, “Workday” means it will do from Monday to Friday, “Weekend” means it will do only on Saturday and Sunday;
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to select the outlet state when the time is reached, press “ ” key to complete outlet state setting, now the cursor jumps to the “OK” button.
- Press “ ” key to save the settings and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
Switch settings
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the outlet setting page.
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to move the cursor to the item needed, “On” means it automatically powers on the outlet and begins to supply electricity to the electrical equipment after the machine start-up; “Off” means its power off the outlet after the machine start-up, unless press “ ” more than 3 seconds to power on the outlet, “Same as last time” means the machine will remember the last outlet states and will set the outlet state same as last time after the machine startup.
- Press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button, press “ ” key to save the settings, and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
Alarm settings
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the alarm setting page.
- Press “ ” key to set the alarm, now the hundreds of place of Voltage is white words on blue background.
- Use “ ” key, “ ” key, and “ ” key to set the alarm value of voltage, now the cursor jumps to the “Enabled” checkbox of voltage.
- Press “ ” key to set the voltage alarm or not, then press “ ” key to the current alarm setting.
- Repeat steps 3 and steps 4 until all items are set, now the cursor jumps to the “OK” button.
- Press “ ” key to save the settings and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
Output protection settings
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the Output Protect setting page.
- According to the alarm settings, complete the output protection parameter settings of voltage, current, power, and temperature.
- If needed, press “ ” key to check or uncheck the “Launch overload” checkbox, and press “ ” key to jump to the next setting item. If the start-up the current of the equipment test (e.g. the motor) exceeds the output protection current, then the “Launch overload” checkbox needs to be checked, if this the checkbox is checked, the machine will not monitor the output current and power exceeds the max current and power limit which was set before, “Launch overload” will not take effect when the load current less than 2A.
- If needed, press “ ” key to check or uncheck the “Auto Recovery” checkbox, and press “ ” key to move the cursor to the “OK” button; if this checkbox is checked, when the machine is in output protection and power off the outlets, one minute later if the voltage, current, power, or temperature of If the machine is not in the output protection limits, the machine will automatically power on the outlets to the test equipment.
- Press “ ” key to save the settings and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
Screen setting
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the screen setting page.
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to adjust the time option for turning off the screen, and press “ ” key to select the option, now the cursor jumps to the “OK” button.
- Press “ ” key to save the settings and quit. Press “ ” key to quit without any changes.
System settings (Clear accumulated electricity consumption, clear history recording, restore the factory settings)
- See the “Process of entering into setting pages”, and enter the system setting page.
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to move the cursor to the item that needs the operation, then press “ ” key, the confirm dialog will pop up at this time.
- Press “ ” key or “ ” key to decide whether to perform the operation or not, press “ ” key to perform, press “ ” key to quit and not perform this operation.
- Please use this function cautiously, especially “Factory Reset” will clear all the records.

Check whether the voltage, current, power, or temperature exceeds the alarm
limit, if needed, modify the alarm settings or cancel it.
4| After power is off, the time and the total power consumption are not
saved.| The built-in button cell has run out, now it needs to replace a new
button cell, the battery model is CR2032.
Considerations
- The machine cannot work in a hot and humid environment, please use it in normal temperature and humidity.
- The working voltage of the machine is AC85V~AC265V.
- The working current cannot be greater than the maximum operating current.
- Do not let the machine expose to dust, corrosive gases, or other harmful substances in the environment when used and keep.
- Do not touch the plug of the machine when using it, or you will get an electric shock.
- If the machine failed to work, do not open the machine and replace parts by yourself to avoid electric shock, please contact the manufacturer.
