Tools required
- 1/4 in. Nut Driver
- 11/32 in. Nut Driver
- Wire Cutter
- Flat Head Screwdriver Power tool with a 1/4 in socket
Requirements
- You must be able to read and understand these instructions before beginning the installation.
- You must be properly trained and have sufficient experience in servicing forced air heaters and capable of testing the heater for proper operation.
General Instructions
- The following instructions provide information on the installation of the heater.
Safety Instructions
- Disconnect the heater’s electrical supply.
- Ensure all screws and nuts are securely tightened.
Installation
- Open the louvered door. See Fig. 1 FIG. 1
- Locate the face plate and remove the screws and nuts to expose the connector slot on the heater. Save the screws and nuts. See Fig. 2.
- Cut the zip tie to release the L.B. White Link relay harness. See Fig. 3
- From inside the heater, insert the 12 pin relay harness connector through the connector slot and secure it from the outside with the screws and nuts removed earlier. See Fig. 4.
- Using the provided self drilling screws, mount the L.B. White LINK module on the side of the heater as shown in Fig.5.

Completion
- Close and the lock the louvered door.
- Connect the L.B. White LINK Module female cable connector to the relay panel male harness connector by inserting the connectors together until they snap lock. See Fig. 5.
- To release, press both tabs on the side of the L.B. White LINK 12-pin connector together and pull. See Fig. 6.
