LED Grow Light

Groplanner I Series LED grow light is a high efficiency LED designed for multiple or single level cultivation of cannabis and other sunflower crops.The sunlike full spectrum helps accelerate photosynthesis and generate a greater return on leafy greens, herbs, microgreens and cannabis, as well as specialty crops and flowers that have quick production cycles. Constructed with “Plug & Play” bar configuration, this LED grow light provides growers with an easy assembly and evenly intensity growth environment, flexibly used in grow rooms and indoor farms.

INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE

WARNING! Disconnect the LED light fixture from mains before performing any maintenance or repairs.

WARNING! Do not connect or disconnect the LED light fixture under load.

WARNING! Do not open or disassemble the LED light fixture, it contains no serviceable parts inside. Opening the LED light fixture can be dangerous and will void the warranty.

WARNING! Always wait 20- 30 minutes for the LED light bars to cool down.

MAINTENANCE

Clean with warm water and cloth.
Do not clean the LED light fixture with detergents, abrasives or other aggressive substances.
Please regularly check the LED light fixture for dust or dirt buildup. Clean if necessary. Contamination may cause overheating and decreased performance.
REGULARLY CHECK THE CABLE CONNECTIONS OF THE LED LIGHT FIXTURE TO ENSURE IT IS UNDAMAGED.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE!

This equipment is only for professional installation. Non-professional personnel shall not remove or install the equipment.
To avoid damage, falling, electric shock or fire, please do not modify the lamp or replace accessories without confirming with the supplier.
Maintenance/installation and replacement the lamps , please confirm to cut off the power supply, and the lamps have set up a cooling. Please make sure the lamps properly installed before processing power.
Ensure the accurate and reliable connection.
Ensure that the product around the vent, the lamp cannot violate any fire prevention regulations when using.

Carefully read these instructions before installing product and keep it for future reference. If you do not understand these instructions, before starting any work, contact Service@hi-groplanner.com or 855-688-7879.

Caution

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

(Be sure that the light fixture is unplugged from the power source before installation.)

STEP 1:
Fix the rope in/on the ceiling, beam or somewhere else. Make sure to fix the rope to something that can hold the weight of the LED light fixture.

STEP 2:
Slide the lance hanger clips of the rope into the brackets on the driver bar.

STEP 3:
Insert vertically the light bars into the driver bar to lock them well. Make sure the “+”and “-“polarity is correct. If it is it in wrong direction, you can’t insert them. If you want to take the light bar off when necessary, just press the two ears of the joint on the bar.

STEP 4:
Plug the main cord into the socket on the driver bar. Then installation is completed.

PLUG & PLAY DESIGN

“Plug & play” design makes it much easier to assemble. The female and male connectors on the light bar and driver bar not only make them mechanically locked but electrically connected.

Installation

WARNING! BE SURE TO MOUNT THE SYSTEM TO SOMETHING THAT CAN HOLD THE WEIGHT OF THE LED LIGHT FIXTURE.

NOTE:

If you want to dim the lights with controller, please rotate the dimmable knob to “EXT” , then insert the RJ network cable, plug the RJ14 end into the port of the controller. Use an interconnect network cable to connect RJ14 splitter to another on the LED fixture.

Planting Guidence

The rate of photosynthesis and transpiration are directly affected by temperature, humidity and airflow.
The perfect temperature and humidity for your plants and found between 75-85 and 50%-70% humidity, with plenty of airflow to replenish CO2. PH is 6-6.5.
You may add more calcium and magnesium than normally needed.

SUGGEST HANGING DISTANCE:

Vegetative: 48inch
Flowering: 30-36inch

SUGGEST LIGHTING TIME:

Vegetative: 18/6(on/off)
Flowering: 12/12(on/off)

WARRANTY

Subject to the terms and conditions specified in this Limited Warranty, Groplanner Lighting, a LED light fixture company, warrants that lights purchased directly from Groplanner will be free from defects in material and workmanship until the earlier of 36 months from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

The products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, but please also ensure the integrity of the products and the return will not affect their secondary sales. The used or installed products can’t be returned due to non-quality problems (dislike or no longer need). If there is any objection, please contact the seller;
If there are any quality problems in 30 days to 1 year from the date of receipt of the product, please contact Groplanner with photos or videos of showing product problems, and Groplanner will cover all warranty costs (including replacement, maintenance and shipping cost);
If there are any quality problems over one year from the date of receipt, please contact Groplanner for warranty with photos or videos of showing product problems and Groplanner will provide maintenance services. The seller shall bear the relevant expenses, and the specific expenses shall be subject to the seller’s instructions.
If the malfunction or damage of the products is caused by transportation, the buyer needs to contact us and provide evidence (video & pictures) within 15 days from the date of receiving. Providing the buyer fails to do so or no longer replies us in 15 days after contact, the buyer will be responsible for any loss.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

In order to make a warranty claim, you must notify groplanner lighting in writing after your discovery of the defect, provide proof of purchase such as the order number and comply with other warranty requirements. Upon receiving that notice, to ascertain why fixtures stop working, evidences would be needed for groplanner lighting’s team to analyze. Groplanner Lighting may require you to promptly return the product when necessary, freight prepaid.
The determination of whether the product is defective shall be made by Groplanner Lighting in its sole discretion with consideration given to the overall performance of the product.
If Groplanner Lighting determines the product is defective, Groplanner Lighting will elect, in its sole discretion, repair the product or replace the product. The seller has the sole right to interpret and amend the above articles

NOTE:

All returns must happen within 30 days of the receipt of that product or hi- groplanner.com has the right to refuse the return.

Guidelines for items conditional return:
Item must be in original packaging;

The Following Conditions Will Not Be Warranted:

Damage caused by user’s improper delivery, defects caused by wrong operation and wrong treatment.
Dismantling or improper maintenance or repairing of the products without Groplanner’s authorization.
Damage caused by buyer or installer using bad quality cable or other mismatching electronic parts.
Damage caused by force majeure such as war, riots, sabotage, cyclones, earthquakes, flooding, lighting strikes, explosions, fire, etc.
This warranty is invalid if the product is not used for the purpose for which is originally designed.

The seller has the sole right to interpret and amend the above articles.
