JOHNSON OUTDOOR AutoPilot 120/136 Remote
OVERVIEW
REMOTE PAIRING AND SETUP
SYNCHING REMOTE TO MOTOR:
- Turn on remote by pushing the (OK) button. Press the again to skip through warning message.
- Push Menu Down once, so Options System is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Press the Right Softkey button to enter the Systems menu.
- Using the Menu Down, navigate to Pair and push the button.
- Press the Pair button on the top of the motor head (motor must be powered).
- Motor will have a sustained beep when paired successfully.
- Confirm motor function by using the Steer Left and Steer Right arrows to turn the steering servo, the Prop button, and the +/- to turn the motor shaft on.
SETTING BOAT LENGTH OFFSET:
- Push Menu Down once so Options System is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Press the Right Softkey button to enter the System menu.
- Using the Menu Down, navigate to Boat Scale and push the button.
- Set Boat Scale to -2, by scrolling to -2 and pushing the button.
- Push the Right Softkey button to exit to the main screen.
SETTING LEGACY MODE FOR TRACKING:
- Push Menu Down once so Options System is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Press the Left Softkey button to enter the Options menu.
- AutoPilot Mode should be highlighted, press the to confirm.
- Once in the AutoPilot Mode menu, select Legacy, scroll up, and push the to confirm selection.
- Push the Right Softkey button to exit to the main screen.
- Hold for a couple of seconds to power off the remote to be stored with the drive.
