How to Pair

Initial application:

• When you open the charging case, they’ll go into pairing mode, with the LED flashing white and red alternately.
• Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, then look for and connect to the Bluetooth name “”Mpow M30″”.
  • When you open the charging case, the earphones will automatically reconnect with the previous associated device.
  • If the earphones are not in the charging case, they will not charge.

1. Press and hold the MFB of both earphones for two seconds to turn them on.
2. Double-tap the MFB of the right earbud to activate pairing mode, in which the LED alternately flashes white and red.
3.  Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth capability, then search for and choose

Power On

1. The earphones automatically turn on(with a white LED light flashing) and start pairing when you open the charging case
2. In the shutdown status and when the earphones are not ir the charging case, simultaneously press and hold the MFE of both earbuds for 2 seconds to power on (With the white LED light flashing)

Power Off

1. Put the earphones back in the charging case and close the case to turn them off.
2. If the earphones are not in the charging case, just press and hold the MFB of both earbuds for 5 seconds to power them off.

1. Open the charging case, they will automatically enter the pairing mode in which the LED light flashes white and red alternately and then select “Mpow M30′.
2. If the earphones are not in the charging case, firstly, turn on the earbuds by pressing and holding the MFB of both earbuds for 2 seconds. Next, double touch the MFB of the Right earbud to enter the pairing mode in which the LED light flashes white and red alternately, and then select “Mpow M30” on your phone.
   Note : The earbud will reconnect to the paired device by priority. If you want to pair to the second smartphone, please disconnect Bluetooth on the paired smartphone.

Music

1. Volume Up/ Down
   Volume+:press and hold the MFB button of the Right earbud to turn up the volume increasingly.
   Volume-: press and hold the MFB button of the Left earbud to turn down the volume decreasingly.

2. Next/Previous Track
   Next Track: double touch the MFB of the Right earbud.
   Previous Track: double touch the MFB of the Left earbud.

3. Play/Pause
   Touch the MFB of either earbud once.

Incoming Call

1. Answer / Hang Up
   Double touch the MFB of either earbud.

2. Reject
   Press and hold the MFB of either earbud for 1 second

3. Activate Siri
   Triple-touch the MFB of either earbud.

RESET

In the state of charging, simultaneously press and hold the MFB of both earbuds for 5 seconds. The LED light will flash red, which means that the paired information is cleared successfully.

Charging

Do Not Put the Earbuds in the Charging case when the earbuds are wet.

Frequently Asked Questions

• What if you can find the headphone but it won’t connect?
  If you are able to locate the Bluetooth headset on your phone but are unable to connect it. To begin, rule out the possibility that the headset has already been used with another cell phone. (Please note that the headset will not switch off its Bluetooth if it has been paired with another phone.) The headset would automatically link with this phone.) You must erase the phone connected records, restart it, and resume the headphone pairing mode in order for it to be searched and paired.

• What if the audio is delayed?
  Sound will be delayed if the headphone battery is low. It has to do with how Bluetooth works. During the time when the mobile phone audio is processed to be accepted and decoded, the Bluetooth sampling rate and error rate will be harmed.

• What if the headphones won’t turn on or turn on but don’t flash?
  Perhaps the headset is low on battery and needs to be completely charged. If the battery has been charged for more than 30 minutes and the light is still not flashing. Perhaps there is a problem with the battery. Something is incorrect with the chip data. You can attempt to revert to factory default settings. Leave out the human components (such as water damage, getting wet, and so on).

• When the phone is seeking and connecting, what if it always prompts that the PIN code and matching password are incorrect?
  Try entering “0000.” Perhaps something is amiss with your phone’s Bluetooth data. To search and pair the headphones, remove the phone connected records, restart it, and reboot the headphone pairing mode.

• What if the headset is uncomfortable to wear or falls out during a sporting event?
  Attempt to alter the wearing angle and ear depth. If there are different earbuds available, please try them all. Everyone’s head size and ear shape are distinct. We did our best, but we were unable to fulfill everyone’s needs. Please contact us if the headset does not fit comfortably or falls out during sports. We will propose an other headset for you to try.

• How can I get my headphones’ factory default settings back?
  The procedure of restoring the factory default settings of a headphone is dependent on the design of different manufacturers’ products. There are several operations, each with its own design and standards. Please contact our customer care team if there is anything we can do to assist you.

• Why can’t I use Charge Pal to charge my Bluetooth headphones?
  Charge friends are generally associated with current protection. The Bluetooth headset’s battery capacity is limited. While charging, electric current is as low as 70MA 2MA, which is lower than the saturation current detection range of mobile power. As a result, when charging the headset with the charging companion, it may appear that it is fully charged. The charge friend will automatically cut off the 5V output since the charging electric current is modest. The magnitude of the charge current is used to determine if the headset is completely charged.
