KIX Instructions

Charging
KIX has an internal rechargeable lithium battery that is eco-conscious and
economical to own. We recommend charging KIX fully before use.
Plug the smaller end of the micro USB cable into the base of the KIX
stimulator and the other end into a USB port or mains adapter. Please be
careful to insert the micro USB plug the correct way around and do not use
excessive force.
KIX will run for approximately 3 hours on 50% power before it requires
charging. From a flat, the battery takes around 3 hours to fully charge.
Controls

The green Power/Mode select button is a tactile switch that will click when
pressed. Press and hold to turn it on/off. Both the blue and red intensity
controls utilize a touchpad. Simply rest a finger or thumb over the desired
control and the intensity will very slowly and gently change. You do not need
to press down!
It is important to avoid touching either intensity control while switching
the unit on as this will affect the sensor calibration.
Using KIX
Changing Intensity
When you touch the + or – buttons to change intensity, the central LED will
phase through a range of colors to visually represent the intensity level. The
lowest levels of stimulation start at Light Blue and transition in the order
below, ending in Purple as the highest possible level. When the intensity
feels strong enough, just remove your finger to lock the intensity level.
KIX has been designed to produce a very slow and gradual experience through 80
intensity levels. From start to finish (if you continue to touch the + button)
the transition from Low to High will take around 40 seconds. Reducing
intensity is much faster for your comfort.

When you reach the highest or the lowest intensity level, the LED will glow white while the intensity pads are touched to show the end of the range.
Patterns
KIX has 5 built-in stimulation patterns to give a range of sensations- including pulses and waves. The LED will fade or pulse in time to the stimulation. Press the Power button briefly to change to the next pattern.
- Frequency “Sweep n Keep”
- Continuous stimulation
- Wave
- Pulse
- Ramp and Clench (escalating pattern with pulses)
“Sweep n Keep” sweeps through a range of frequencies which change the way the
stimulation feels.
Select your desired sensation, press the Power button once to lock it, then
when you move through the modes this frequency will be locked for all the
patterns. Cycle back to the first option to re-select a new frequency and
experience a new sensation.
Using KIX continued…
Low Battery
When the battery in KIX is low on power, the LED will intermittently glow
white during use. You can continue to play with KIX for approximately another
15 minutes (depending on the intensity level) before KIX will automatically
power down and require charging.
During charging the LED will glow red and then change to green when fully
charged. For safety reasons, KIX cannot be operated during charging.
When turned off, the LED will glow red momentarily before KIX switches off completely.
Maintenance & Cleaning
If necessary, the surface of KIX can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Do
not allow KIX to get wet.
Warranty
KIX is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects arising
from faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty is not valid if the product
has been damaged either by accident or improper use. You may extend the
warranty for free to 3 years by registering your purchase at
www.electrastim.com/warranty
