Frequently Asked Questions

  • When my wireless earphones are fully charged, how do I know?
When your earbuds are plugged in and charging, the charging case will blink red. The LED will stop flashing and become solid red once fully charged.

  • How do you get genuine wireless earphones to work?
Touch and hold the right and left touch control panels at the same time for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt “Pairing” and a beep. The earphones’ LEDs flash blue and red.

  • Should I charge my earbuds while they’re in the case?
Lithium-ion batteries are used in almost all wireless earbuds, and they are engineered to stop charging once they are fully charged. Your earphones will be protected from harsh temperatures, moisture, and even dust if you keep them in the case.

  • On Bluetooth headphones, where is the power button?
On your earbuds, look for the Bluetooth activation button. It must be on the backside of one of the earbuds, or in another location, such as the cable if your earphones have one. For 3 to 5 seconds, press and hold the activation button.

  • Why won’t my Bluetooth connect?
Go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile, and Bluetooth on an Android phone. To unpair all of your devices on iOS and iPadOS, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the info icon, then select Forget This Device for each device, then restart your phone or tablet.

  • Can I use my Android phone with earbuds?
When it comes to wireless earbuds, Android users have a lot of alternatives. The Pixel Buds 2 from Google and the Galaxy Buds (now known as Buds Live) from Samsung are only two examples of very capable wireless earbuds with extensive Android integration.

  • What is the battery life of earbuds?
Most Bluetooth earbuds can last for 4-6 hours on a single charge, whereas Bluetooth headsets can last for 6-12 hours. A decent quality Bluetooth headset from a premium brand can last 20-22 hours on average, and up to 30 hours if features like active noise cancellation are turned off (ANC).
