FIRST STEPS
WHAT DO I NEED?
Our plug-ins are compatible with Windows and macOS computers. To connect your
instrument to the computer you will need a powered audio interface.
CAN I USE THE PLUG-IN IN LIVE SITUATIONS?
Yes, you can. Just connect the interface output to the mixer and PA System
(Public Address System) to make it work like real gear. To control the plugin
with MIDI devices, please check the PDF manuals on our website.
HOW CAN I RECORD MY INSTRUMENT? IS MY COMPUTER COMPATIBLE?
If you want to use the plug-in on audio sessions you will need a DAW. Please
check page 10 to check the hardware requirements and software compatibility.
SETTINGS
We recommend you take a look at the audio settings before using the standalone.
Click on the cogwheel icon to change the audio settings. Also, make sure you
are using the correct audio driver.
Latency and signal issues can be sorted by adjusting the buffer size and the
sample rate as well.
WHY I’M GETTING GROUND NOISE OR AUDIO CRACKLING?
To avoid signal-related issues, adjust the gain at your interface instrument
input. Play as strongly as you can and check if your signal is clipping the
input. Also, we recommend checking our optimization guides on our support
website.
