BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Use the tongs on dry and untangled hair.

  • Plugin the curlers and select position 1 or 2 on the handle (1), depending on the desired temperature:
    – 170°C: recommended for fine, bleached, and/or sensitive hair.
    – 200°C: recommended for thick and/or unruly hair.

  • The light stops flashing when the appropriate temperature has been reached (1 min).

OPERATION

  • To open the curlers, push the ‘Lock System’ forward. (3)

  • Take a strand of hair and place it in the curlers. For a more natural look, start at ear level.

  • Close the tongs on the strands and maintain a light pressure for a few seconds, depending on the desired effect:
    – To create more natural waves, take a large strand of hair and keep the curlers closed for a short period of time.
    – For more pronounced waves, take small strands and keep the curlers closed for a longer period of time.

  • Release the strand of hair and repeat the procedure until you reach the tip, starting each time at the last wave made.

  • Tip for the back of the head: hold the strand above the head so the hair is clearly visible.

  • Recommence the procedure on all the strands.

  • Ruffle the waves with your fingers.

  • After use: close the curlers, use the ‘Lock System’, turn off the appliance, unplug and allow it to cool down before putting it away.

N.B.: Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
Clean the tongs when they have cooled down completely with a soft, damp cloth.
Never allow water or any other liquid to enter the handle.
