PVezRack® SolarTerrace MAC, the Preferred Choice for a Landmark 128MW-
Installation in the Philippines
TANAUAN and MARAGONDON, 9 April 2024 – Clenergy continues to make
significant strides in the Philippines’ solar photovoltaics market, with its
PVezRack® SolarTerrace MAC (ST MAC) selected as the mounting solution for a
128MW project in Tanauan and Maragondon. The installation marks the first
solar PV project in the area
Under the ownership of Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc. (Prime Infra), a
renowned leader in critical infrastructure ventures focusing on sustainable
energy, water, and waste management, and installed by Power China, the project
is expected to alleviate power shortages significantly and improve living
conditions in the country

The efficient and simple design, with fewer brackets and fasteners, enables
this system to be installed using basic tools in less time.
Outstanding Wind Resistance
The dual-insurance module fastening methods, which combine bolt-nut fixing and
module clamps, ensure that the solar modules are firmly attached to the
mounting structure, providing exceptional wind resistance performance in
typhoon-prone areas.
Innovative Structural Design
The unique double-V configuration of the four inclined support legs creates
two robust triangles, elegantly supporting the structure of three large
portrait modules. This ingenious design not only substantially augments the
mechanical strength of the structure but also optimises land utilisation
efficiency.
Strong Terrain Adaptability
The well-thought-out design features, with multiple adjustment options, enable
ST MAC to easily adapt to varying terrain slopes.

ST MAC incorporates the innovative Magnesium-Aluminum-Zinc (MAC) coated
steel,a high-tech material offering significant advancements over traditional
Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) steel. This cutting-edge solution delivers
exceptional corrosion resistance, exceeding the performance of HDG by a
significant margin. Additionally, MAC steel boasts a superior aesthetic
finish, characterised by its smooth and visually appealing surface.
Furthermore, the coating possesses a self-healing functionality, automatically
repairing exposed cut edges upon contact with air.
