Q. Howto connect the earphones to another device?
- A. Simply turn off the Bluetooth from your connected device and follow the “Howto pair” instructions given above.
Q. How to know when there is a low battery?
- A. The LED indicators on the case show different battery levels, if only one light is blinking that means it is left with a 25% battery.
Q. How many times can a 100% charged case charge the earphones?
- A. When the case is fully charged, it can set the case up to 3 times.
Operating Instruction
Hearing Protection
- Do not use it at high volume for a long time to prevent hearing damage.
- Do not adjust the sound too large, in case you cannot hear the surrounding sound.
- Do not use it while driving.
Warning: it is strictly prohibited to place the product in an Overheated or under-cooled place. The temperature higher than 50 C or lower than 10 C will affect the battery performance.
Starting/Pairing/Connecting
Starting
- Taking the earbuds out of the charging box, the LED flashing indicates earbuds start on automatically.
- At the status of switching on, long touch the left/right button for 3s to turn on the earbuds
- At the status of switching off, long touch the left/right button for 5s to turn off the earbuds
Pairing
- Earbuds get paired automatically when taking the earbuds out of the charging box, the blue indicator fast flashes when the earbuds are pairing, once the pairing is finished, the red and blue indicators alternately fast flash, and the earbuds get into the pairing model to connect with mobile phones, blue and red lights off after the earbuds connected with mobile phones. (The earbuds are paired before ex-factory under normal circumstances)
Connecting
- Auto connection: Take the earbuds out of the charging box, wait for 2-3s for the earbuds to pair
- Open your Bluetooth devices and search Ambrane NeoBuds 33 choose and get a connection.
- If connecting fails, turn off the mobile phone’s Bluetooth function and re-open it again.
