Safety Instructions
Read the following information carefully before using this device to ensure optimal performance and safe operation.
Daily use
- Keep your wrist still when manually measuring your heart rate or Sp02.
- This device is water-resistant to 5ATM and can be used while in the shower, in swimming pools, or in shallow water. It cannot be used in a sauna or for diving.
- Do not use the touch screen while underwater. If the screen is wet, dry it before use by wiping it with a soft cloth.
- During daily use, do not wear your band too tight. Keep skin in contact with the band dry, and clean the band regularly with water. If you notice any signs of skin redness or swelling, please discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Only use official band straps. Third-party straps may affect band performance or cause other problems such as skin discomfort.
- Use manufacturer-approved adapters, cables, batteries, and other accessories to prevent potential electric shock, fire, explosion, or other hazards. The adapter must conform to the latest IEC 60950-1/IEC 62368-1 standard.

Traffic Safety

Battery Safety
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery, insert foreign matter, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids, to avoid battery leakage, overheating, fire or explosion.
- This device is equipped with a built-in battery that is not removable. Do not replace the battery on your own to prevent causing damage to the battery or device. The battery can only be replaced in authorized service centers. Caution Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
- Do not drop, squeeze or puncture the battery, excessive external pressure on the battery may lead to short circuits and overheating inside the battery.
- Please dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
Child Safety
- This device is not a toy, therefore children should use it under the supervision of a guardian.
- This device and its accessories may contain small parts. Please place the device and its accessories in places that your children cannot reach. Children may damage the device and its accessories unintentionally, or swallow small parts of the device which may cause suffocation. Other hazards may also occur.
Accessories Requirements
Only accessories approved by the device manufacturer and compatible with the
device can be used. The use of other types of accessories may violate the
warranty provisions of the equipment and the relevant provisions of the
country in which the equipment is in place, and may lead to incidents. For
approved accessories, please contact authorized service centers.
Operation Environment
- This device is suitable for working in an environment of 0°C to 35°C. The temperature for storage should be between -10°C and 50°C. Excessively high or low temperatures may damage the device or reduce the battery’s lifespan. The performance of the battery may compromise when the temperature is lower than 5°C.
- Do not use the device in a wet environment or near a magnetic field to avoid internal circuit malfunction of the device. Please do not use the device in thunderstorm weather. Thunderstorms may cause malfunction of the device or risks of electric shock.
- Do not expose the device too hot places or ignition sources, such as electric heaters, ovens, microwaves, water heaters, stoves, candles, or any other place that may generate heat.
- Do not place the device in a position subject to direct sunlight, such as a car dashboard or window sill.
Care and Maintenance
- Please keep the device and its accessories in a dry environment. Do not dry the device by using heating devices such as microwaves or hairdryers.
- Before cleaning and maintenance, please stop using the device, close all apps, and disconnect the device from other devices.
- Do not use strong chemical products, detergents, or cleaning equipment to clean the device and its accessories. Please use a clean, dry, and soft cloth to wipe the device or its accessories.
- Do not put magnetic stripe cards (such as bank cards, SIM cards, etc.) together with the device for a long time because magnetic stripe cards may be damaged by a magnetic field.
- Do not disassemble or modify the device and its accessories, otherwise, the warranty will not be applicable. If a malfunction of the device happens, please contact the authorized service centers.
Environmental protection
- Please do not throw away the device and its accessories as ordinary domestic waste.
- Please comply with the local regulations for handling the device and its accessories and support recycling campaigns.

RF exposure assessment has been performed below to prove that this unit will
not generate the harmful EM emission above the reference level as specified in
EC Council Recommendation (1999/519/EC).
Disposal and Recycling Information
This symbol (with or without a solid bar) on the device, batteries (included), and/or the packaging, indicates that the device and its electrical accessories (for example, a headset, adapter, or cable) and batteries should not be disposed of as household garbage.
