Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is this a wall hugger (flat) or a straight plug?
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I wanted a black 15-foot wire with a flat angled plug. I returned it as soon as it arrived and made the mistake of having Amazon try again. As a result, I’ll have to return for a second attempt and resume my hunt! The pictures and description are completely deceiving.

  • Is there a flat or a straight plug on this item’s cord?
The (+) is not flat, but it is also not a normal plug. It’s in the shape of a small egg, and the cord comes out the side of the socket, so it’ll fit neatly behind a sofa or desk.
