regarding Music Tribe’s Limited Warranty, please see complete details online
at musictribe.com/warranty. Thank you for
purchasing your Tannoy CPA 5.
The CPA 5 has been designed to be both sonically and cosmetically pleasing for
all applications ranging from background music in a restaurant to live
keyboard monitoring on stage.
Before your CPA 5 left the factory, it was inspected and tested to make sure
it reached you in perfect condition. However, would you please check your CPA
5 to make sure no damage has occurred in transit. In the unlikely event of any
damage, would you please notify your dealer immediately. In this event you
will need to retain your shipping carton, as your dealer will ask you to
return the faulty unit for inspection.
AMPLIFICATION
Your CPA 5 can safely be driven with any low impedance amplifier for music reproduction from 10 Watts to 100 Watts. However, care should be taken to avoid running the amplifier into clipping. Generally, a high-powered amplifier running free from distortion will do less damage to your CPA 5 than a low- powered amplifier continually clipping.
