CAUTION: If the CU malfunctions after retrofitting the vehicle and the use of the Carrera® digital system (beeps, etc.), this is most probably due to the installation by the vehicle manufacturer of an interference- suppressioncapacitor on the vehicle’s sliding contacts of more than 50 nanofarad. The capacitor must be removed in this case. Instructions: A Safetycar™ or Pacecar™ feature is not integrated. The use of the tank feature is only possible using the Carrera® CU 30352. Recommendations: Depending on the vehicle manufacturer, the light function in digital mode may deviate from the desired function. In this case, the LEDs installed in the vehicle may be connected to the corresponding plug-in contacts of the digital board by means of the enclosed light cables. If LEDs are not installed in the vehicle, we recommend the use of standard 3mm LEDs, connected in series, in white or red with upstream resistors for better optics (680Ω for white or 330Ω for red – not included)
