SAFETY INFORMATION

Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully read the supplied instructions. The manutacturer is not responsible for any injuries or damage that are the result of incorrect installation or usage. Always keep the instructions in a safe and accessible location for future reference

  • This appliance is designed for mixing food.
  • This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. This appliance shall not be used by children.
  • Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • The appliance can only be connected to a power supply whose voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating plate.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Aways switch oft and disconnect the appliance from the mains when left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, cleaning, changing accessories or approaching parts that move during use.
  • WARNING: The blades and inserts are very sharp. Care shall be taken when assembling, disassembling after use or during cleaning.
  • The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry substance, such as nut, candy; except with specific accessories provided with the appliance.
  • Do not immerse the blender handle, cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
  • Do not let the blender run for more than 30 seconds at a time using heavy loads. Allow to cool down before restarting.
  • Do not use this appliance to stir paint. It may cause an explosion.
  • Do not let the power cord touch or hang over hot surfaces.
  • Use only accessories or parts recommended for this appliance.
  • This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It must not be used for other purposes.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Remove all the packaging, labeling and protective film.

Clean the blender handle with a damp, soft cloth only. Keep it away from water. Clean all the other parts with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft cloth.

Dry the appliance before use.

DAILY USE

How to use a blender

Maximum amount of food:

NOTES ON CLEANING

Everyday use

Before cleaning unplug the blender and wait until it is cold.

Clean the blender handle with a damp, soft cloth only. Keep it away from water. Clean all the other parts with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft cloth.

Clean the blender after each use.

WHAT TO DO IF

Problem Check if . ..
You cannot activate or operate the blender. •    The blender is correctly

connected to an electrical supply.
Blades do not turn when process- ing.| •      The pieces of food are not too large.

•      There is not too much food in the measuring cup.
