• Do these work on a laptop?
  Usually, the laptop would have a Blue Tooth Driver, if your laptop does not have one, you could open Google first, and search “your computer brand +your computer model number+Blue Tooth Driver “. And then choose an Official website to download the Blue Tooth Driver. And then install it, and you could use it to pair with the headphone.

• I had this plugged to charge overnight and the orange light is still on? Does this mean it’s fully charged?
  I read in the manual that the light on the bottom of the charging case will stay orange when the case is fully charged. If it’s blinking orange, then it is still in the process of charging! Hope this helps 🙂

• One earbud won’t charge, any way to fix this?
  Did you get yours fix. I just bought mine and it seems the right earbud is not charging. Had it charged for a day and a half and when I used it, still not charged.

• What’s the best way to clean the earpieces without damaging them?
  First, use a toothpick to remove any wax by slowly picking it away. After that, dip a q-tip in slight rubbing alcohol and slide it over the dirty part by moving it back and forth until you get rid of the dirt or wax. Do not use water of course as it can get through the speaker holes. Always used this method and the earbuds looked as good as new.

• So on here, it says that they are waterproof, but the packaging says not to wash it in water. Can I shower with them?
  We don’t recommend you use it when showering or swimming. The wireless earbuds are resistant to sweat and splash water from all directions, it’s also safe to use them even on rainy days.

• Will these work with a PS4 Bluetooth adapter for sound?
  As long as there is Bluetooth, you can connect. If the PS4’s Bluetooth can be connected normally, then you can use this headset to play sound.

• Can it play really quietly so I can wear them in the office and still hear people talking?
  Yes, you can play it at whatever volume you want.

• How do you pair with multiple devices at the same time?
  Only one device can be paired at a time.

• How does one control the volume from the earbuds?

• My left won’t connect with the right?
