How to connect items to your smart device：
- Place the Mug/Bowl on the coaster and make sure the Coaster is already plugged in.
- Open the item App on your device. Hold the button on the Coaster for 10 sec till you feel the vibration.
- Do Not refill the Mug/Bowl when it is placed on the Coaster.

- Adjust your favorite temperature Swipe to select the food or beverages on the app, like coffee, milk, or tea, from left to the right. eg. Set your desired drinking temperature for your coffee by adjusting the temp bar. Precision at your fingertips and make temperature adjustments you like. Double-tap to activate! The next time simply double-tap the item Coaster, it’ll start heating up until it reaches your setting. No more fumbling with the app.

- Hydration Tracking The built-in weight sensor detects how much volume of water is consumed. A weekly chart breaks down your water consumption and average drinking temperature. You’ll be able to monitor your hydration level at all times. items： care and maintenance You may apply a soft sponge and hand wash your Smart Mug/Bowl with warm and soapy water. After washing, dry off your Mug/Bowl completely before placing it on the charger.
Warning: The item Coaster cannot be washed. Wipe it with a kitchen towel
or wet wipes. Keeping it dry and clean is recommended.
Hand washes only. Do not use dip wash or dishwasher to clean your Mug/Bowl.
Precautions：
- Make sure your items Coaster is stably placed on a coffee counter or table.
- Do not place your Coaster or power cords on heating elements.
- Do not use other sources to heat up the product.
- Do not dip wash the Coaster and do not soak it with water.
- Do not use it on the Coaster when your Mug/Bowl is empty.
- When the content is overheated, the LED indicator will be red until the temperature is normal.
- If the Bluetooth pairing fails, the LED indicator will flash twice (red light).

LEGAL INFORMATION
items Warranty Service is provided for all items purchased directly from a
Bluebeard S studio store or from an official Bluebeard Studio retailer.
Warranty service does not extend to items repurchased from another seller or
from a third party.
Bluebeard Studio grants a standard period of 1-year full warranty on all
parts. The warranty period starts from the date shown on the customer’s
purchase invoice. For a warra any claim to be valid (i) notification must be
made before the end of the warranty period; (ii) conform to any additional
stipulations of the warranty period, as defined below; (ii i) must be
substantiated with the original proof of purchase, including the purchase
invoice and the warranty card.
CONDITIONS
In the event of material or manufacturing defects, Bluebeard Studio is obliged
to rectify the defects free of charge according to item warranty conditions.
If the defect cannot be repaired, Bluebeard Studio will, within the warranty
period, replace the product free of charge with an identical product.
The item’s warranty is granted under the explicit condition that the item’s
installation and maintenance instructions have been observed. Unless the
booklet contains ‘do-it-yo urself’ assembly instructions for the product or
part thereof and these have been followed up meticulously, the warranty will
become invalidated if the product was at any time disassembled or reassembled
by persons not authorized and confirmed by Bluebeard Studio to be qualified.
The item product must have been sold, delivered, and assembled by Bluebeard
Studio. The item’s warranty does not cover any defects or damage caused by
inappropriate use, incorrect or improper use, or normal wear and tear. If any
iTem p product is combined with a product not manufactured by Bluebeard
Studio, the warranty may be restricted or declared void.
Any warranty claim must first be recognized as justified, by Bluebeard Studio.
Depending on the country, the warranty may not automatically include the cost incurred for shipping defective products for items for scrutiny and/or repair, nor for the shipping cost of replacement or repaired product(s) back to the claimant. Within the warranty period repair itself, however, will be free of charge. Since customers will only be entitled to make a warranty claim on submission of the original invoice, we advise that both the invoice and warranty card are kept in a safe place. Only the original purchaser is entitled to claim a warranty.
The warranty period is limited to the lifetime of the first original purchaser.
OTHER WARRANTY CONDITIONS
If a part is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the (extended) warranty period still remaining for the entire product will apply to this part.

To report a defect, send an email to product@itemp-bbs.com. If the problem
cannot be solved by email, you will be told to send an item to the following
