Troubleshooting
The only problem you might meet when using the parts washer is a reduced flow rate or missing flow of cleaning agent through the flexible hose nozzle. The most probable reason is a foreign body inside the flexible hose.
Solution
- Check if the control lamp of the control box is lit.
- Slightly touch the upper part of the motor housing with an isolated screwdriver. A slightly oscillating magnetic pull indicates that the motor is supplied.
- Disconnect the parts washer from the mains and pull out the plug. Then disconnect the flexible hose from the discharge line to the pump.
- Remove the front part of the pump housing. Clean the zone of the impeller by removing any foreign body.
- Re-assemble the parts washer in reversed order.
