  • The lighting inside the oven is activated by the light switch.
  • The heating part is controlled by a power switch. When this is connected, the thermostats for top and bottom heat can be set while the heating elements start to heat up. As soon as the temperature reaches the desired thermostat setting, the display switches off.
  • The timer button is the time control mode and power switch. Once the timer is set and time begins to run out, the thermostat and heating element begin to work. If the oven is switched on manually, the timer function is interrupted and cannot be set.

Function and application

Functions

  • The temperature of the oven rises rapidly. It has a 350 ℃ thermostat. This significantly improves the cooking speed.
  • The use of firebrick ensures that the food is heated more evenly. They are similar to professional, traditional stone ovens and suitable, for example, for baking bread and pizza.
  • Since the stone surface is thin and brittle, it absorbs water on the bread base and distributes the baking heat more evenly.
  • Top and bottom heat are controlled by a separate thermostat. They can adjust the temperature as needed.

Note! On the first use, a slight odor may develop. This is normal and not an indication of a defect. We recommend letting the empty oven heat up for approx. 30 min before the first time that it is used for baking.

Area of application

  • For all fresh and frozen bread and pastry
  • For all fresh and frozen meat products
  • For cooking in gastronomy
