Introduction

This product is a Bluetooth Low Energy technology enabled Remote Control for use with a paired Media Player.

  • Operating Frequency Range: 2402 – 2480 MHz
  • Maximum Effective Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) : 10dBm

Setting up the device

  • Insert the batteries and install the compartment cover
  • Pair the device with the host. Choose the applicable pairing instructions from options A or B below:
  1. This is a replacement remote control:
  2. Restart your Media Player / TV USB Stick by disconnection from and then reconnection to the AC power. After the TV home screen displays your new remote it is ready for pairing.
  3. Press and hold the Home button on the new remote for at least 10 seconds. The new remote should automatically pair with your TV USB stick. You will see an on-screen  message when it has successfully paired.
  4. This is an additional remote control:
  5. On your new remote, press and hold the Home button for 120 seconds to enter discoverable mode.
  6. You must use your existing remote for the following steps.
  7. Press the Home button.
  8. Navigate to the Settings location at the top of the Media Player TV screen. Select Controllers and Bluetooth Devices > TV Remotes > Add New Remote. The Media Player application will search for discoverable remotes and display them in a list.
  9. Select the new remote. You will see an on-screen message when it has been successfully paired.
