Pairing

  1. Insert the power plug of the receiver in the main socket.
  2. Push the button on the transmitter within 2 mins
  3. As soon as a ‘Dingbong” is heard, and pairing is complete.

Troubleshooting

The doorbell only works at a short distance:

  • Avoid placing the doorbell or bell push on metallic surfaces.
  • Move the doorbell to a new location.

The doorbell will not ring when the push button is pressed:

  • Ensure the doorbell is switched on.
  • Follow the “clear memory” guide to reset to the doorbell, then follow the “pairing” steps to set up the doorbell.
