Charging the Altro Smart battery pack

• Before installing your Altro Smart Lock, charge the battery pack by plugging it into a power source using the provided USB charging cable. Do not use the battery while connected to the USB charger.
• Once the battery is fully charged, the battery pack’s light indicator will turn green.
• To remove the battery, press the attached ribbon downwards and pull.

Installing Altro Smart lock

• To install your Altro Smart lock, carefully follow the instructions provided in your Altro Smart Installation Guide.
• To watch the Installation Video and for online support, visit www.altrosmart.com/support.

Setting up your Altro Smart lock mobile app

• Download and install the ‘’Altro Smart’’ app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.

• Once the mobile app is downloaded and installed, create a user account then go to ‘’Add New Device’’ and follow the in-app instructions. For online support visit
  www.altrosmart.com/support.

• Ensure your Altro Smart Lock has access to a strong Wi-Fi signal.

• Once the device is set up, use the customization options to personalize your Altro Smart Lock preferences.

Altro Smart Lock mobile app features

• Once your Altro Smart Lock has been set up using the app, you will find your Altro Smart Lock in-app Keyring.
  • The keyring allows you to manage and operate all your Altro Smart devices.
  • The keyring shows the current status of your Altro Smart Lock at all times.
• To lock or unlock your device, simply long-press the ‘’lock’’ icon on the keyring.

“Users”

• View all Owners and Guest Users who have access to your Altro Smart Lock.
• Add, edit, or revoke owner or guest access to your lock.

“Logs”

• Review all of the activity captured by your lock.

“Settings”

• Customize your smart lock’s general and notification settings. “Live”

Notifications

• Lock/Unlock Alerts
  Receive a notification every time your door is locked or unlocked.

• Access Alerts
  Receive a notification when new users are added or existing users are edited.

• Motion Alerts
  Receive a notification and a short video clip when your Altro Smart Lock detects movement at or around your door.

• Doorbell Alerts
  Receive a notification when someone rings the doorbell, located on the front of your Altro Smart Lock.

• Intrusion Alerts
  Receive a notification when someone attempts to tamper with your Altro Smart Lock or gain unauthorized access to you door.

Using Video Doorbell

• Use the keypad to lock and unlock your Altro smart lock, even when you don’t have your smartphone.
• To access the keypad:
  • Long press and hold the doorbell button until you see the keypad light up.
  • Enter your unique passcode and press the ‘’OK’’ button to submit.
• To manually lock the door from the outside:
  • Long press and hold the doorbell button.
• To initiate a video call:
  • Press the doorbell button till you hear a ‘’ding’’ sound.

Altro Smart Cloud Subscription

• Stay up to date and review your lock’s access, activity, alerts and logs and more for up to 30 days with the Altro Smart Lock Premium subscription plan.
  • When Altro Smart senses motion the smart lock records real-time video, day or night, and securely stores it in the cloud for 30 days.
  • Review your lock’s video history on demand and check to see if you’ve missed anything.
  • Easily playback clips right from the Altro Smart mobile app.

This equipment shall be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator & body. This device is acting as slave and operates in the 2.4 GHz (2412 ~2462 MHz) band.
