Charging the speakers
- lift up BOTH speakers’ rubber cover, plug recharge cord the micro USB ends;
- plug recharge cord the USB end to a USB power source;
- RED LED lights up, indicates charging;
- when fully charged (approx. 1.5 hrs), LED will turn into GREEN
Wearing the speakers
- snap in the speakers to the holder ring on the wearable neckband,
- (speakers facing upwards; buttons’ side near to neckband ends for ease of access),
- bend open the neckband a bit wider for ease to put this product on the neck around the shoulders,
- do the other way around step 3>2>1 for taking off headset and snap back to the charger case to carry
NOTE This is a pair of TWS Stereo speakers you need to power ON BOTH speakers together to let them pair themselves first!.
In case accidentally you have paired only ONE side with your phone > Delete all previous ‘TailWindS’ from your phone’s Bluetooth list, and then turn phone Bluetooth OFF, and then ON again to repeat below steps ‘Pairing the speakers’..
Pairing the speakers
- a): Press & hold Bluetooth/play/callbutton 3s for BOTH L&R speakers at the same time, until hear ‘dodooo…’;
- b): Speakers are turned ON, both LEDs lashing fast (L side Blue LED; R side White LED) > then ‘dodu’ sound;
- c}: wait about 5 sec till one speaker automatically paired the other (hear ‘dodu’; R speaker White LED lit constant main L speaker Blue LED flashing fast) > ready for pairing with a phone; phone Bluetooth ON, search and select (TailWindS);
- d): hear tone ‘buloop’, (main L speaker Blue LED lit
- e) constant);
- f) now pairing with your phone is successful (as a pair ofi Stereo WirelessM Bluetooth TWS speakers);
[Besides wearing on shoulders, you can opt to place the 2 speakers apart 1-2M in between, for desktop use with stereo effect
Disconnect the speakers
- g: switch off phone Bluetooth function,
- h): main speaker Blue LED will flash fast; both speaker then press & hold Bluetooth/play/call Op button 3s until hear ‘beepbeep> OFF, (the pairing memory will be kept there); Re-connect Phone
- i) (previous phone Bluetooth ON, before turn on speakers)
- k) press& hold Bluetooth/play/call O button 3s for BOTH speakers at the same time, until hear ‘dodooo..;

- wait about 5 sec till one speaker automatically paired the other (hear ‘dodu’; second R speaker White LED lit constant; main L speaker Blue L
- m) wait 5 sec…hear tone ‘buloop’, (main speaker Blue LED lit constant);
- n) pairing successful again lashing fast)>
Re-connect Phone

Pair with another / new phone
a): switch off Bluetooth function on your previous phone,
b): then power on the other new phone’s Bluetooth function.
c): .main speaker hear “beep beep (blue LED flashing fast); and then you
repeat steps as in above d) to f)
Play/ Pause music
- click Bluetooth/play/call O button play (from player previous track position)
- click Bluetooth/play/call O again o = pause
Adjust volume
during music playback or call,
- click volume +/ next Obutton = increase volume;
- click volume – / previousbutton = reduce volume. (You may multiple clicks until adjust volume to desire level)
Next-forward / Previous-backward
during music playback only,
- press & hold volume +/ next O button = next track;
- press & hold volume – / previous button O previous track.
Call-pick/ end / reject/ redial – (main speaker only)**
during incoming call, (if playing music> stop)
- >hear “ring, ring, ring…click Bluetooth/play/call O buttone= call pick, then talk;
- click Bluetooth/play/lcall again call end (resume music playing);
- OR Press & hold Bluetooth/play/call CO button 1s* reject call directly (resume music playing’)
- at NO incoming call, double click Bluetooth/play/call O
- button; = redial last no. in call out history of the phone
Battery low > recharge
There will be some beeping alert sound during playback.
Then charge the 2 speakers as mentioned steps in above section.
(You can play music at the same time while charging..)
Troubleshooting
If you come across some problem such as
- only L side main speaker has sound, not as a pair, and/or
- too many same speaker pairing name appeared on your phone
- sudden sound dropped and cannot link again to play normally.
- switch OFF BOTH L & R speakers,
- plug and recharge L & R speakers, until BOTH speakers’ LED lit GREEN (fully charged),
- clear/unpair all speaker pairing names from your phone’s list,
- turn OFF Bluetooth from your phone, and then RESET speakers to factory setting
- Press & hold Bluetooth/play/call button 3s for L main speaker to power ON,
- press & hold volume – / previous button 15s*, until hear ‘beep beep’ and Blue LED blinking,
- (now all previous pairing memory are cleared for L main speaker), repeat E. to switch OFF this speaker;
- Press & hold Bluetooth/play/call button 3s for R sub speaker to power ON,
- press & hold volume – / previous button 15s*, until hear ‘beep beep’ and Blue LED blinking,
- (now all previous pairing memory are cleared for R sub speaker), repeat H. to switch OFF this speaker;
(Then you can repeat above steps a)~f) for new pairing again and use …)
