SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using this product, please read the following safety instructions and follow all normal safety precautions.

  • Before using this product, ensure the power switch is ON.
  • Turn off the power switch on the right side of the main body when you don’t need to use this product for a long time.

WARNING

  1. Only the certified technician may disassemble the product.
    Users are not allowed to disassemble or repair the product.

  2. Only use the adapter provided by the factory. Using another unmatched adapter may cause electric shock, fire or product damage.

  3. Do not touch the power cord, plug or adapter when your hands are wet.

  4. Do not make clothes or part of a body drawn into the product’s wheels.

  5. Do not take this product close to cigarettes, lighter, matches or any flammables.

  6. If the product requires cleaning, clean it after being fully charged.

  7. Do not over-bend the power cord or pressure the power cord with heavy or sharp objects.

  8. Indoor use only, do not use outdoors.

  9. Do not sit on top of this product or attach an object on top of it.

  10. Do not use this product in wet or moist environment (any environment with liquid)

  11. Before use, collect the floor environment (remove all the fragile objects and cords, clothing papers and drapes .etc that may get caught in the product).

  12. Do not place this product where it is easy to drop off (tables, chairs, etc).

  13. Turn off the power switch when you don’t need to use this product for a long time.

  14. Before use, check whether the adapter and outlet are properly connected.

  15. To avoid tipping, inform all the people in the house when this product is working.

  16. The product may not be able to pass through steps over 10mm.

  17. Use this product in temperatures from -10°C to 40°C. Do not place this product on a high-temperature environment.

  18. The battery must be removed from the product before it is scrapped.

  19. The product must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.

  20. Dispose of batteries safely
    NOTE: This product could not be used by children, mentally challenged people or people who lack of related experience and knowledge (unless there are people instructing or supervising them).

Remote Control

Display Panel

When the robot is working or under operation, display panel will show the current status as below:

  • When the display panel flashes like this, it means the robot is in the selected mode, and other operations can be performed.
  • Means the robot is in edge cleaning mode
  • This means the robot is in auto-cleaning mode
  • This means the robot is in spot cleaning mode
  • Means the robot is in the charging dock, it’s searching for the charging dock.
  • Means the battery is low, the robot needs to be charged immediately.
  • Means the robot is fully charged.
  • Means the robot is undercharging
  • Means the robot is under the control of the remote-control directional buttons.
  1. Scheduling Button:

    • A. In selected mode, press to enter scheduling mode.
    • B. In scheduling mode, press to switch between hour and minute.
  2. Clean Butoon:

    • A. In selected mode, press to start working.
    • B. In Scheduling mode, press to confirm scheduling.
    • C. When robot is working, press to pause.
    • D. Press to switch from sleeping mode to select mode.
  3. Directional Buttons

    • A. Forward Button:
      In scheduling mode, press to move time forward In Selected mode, press to drive robot forward.

    • B Backward Button:
      In scheduling mode, press to move time backward; In Selected mode, press to drive robot backward.

    • C. Left Button:
      In scheduling mode, press to switch from minute to hour; Press to drive robot to the left.

    • D. Right Button:
      In scheduling mode, press to switch from hour to minute; Press to drive robot to the right. 

  4. Edge Button
    Press to drive the robot in edge mode.

  5. Spot Button
    Press to drive robot in spot mode.

  6. Home Button
    Press to make the robot return to the charging dock for charging.

NOTE:

  1. Install two AAA-type batteries into the remote.
  2. If the remote control is not being used for a long time, it is better to take out the batteries.

Product Operating

HOW TO GET STARTED

  1. Place in charging dock, plug-in adapter, the signal light on the charging dock will flash.
    NOTE: Put the charging dock against the wall and remove obstacles about 1 meter at both sides and about 2 meters forward.

  2. Turn on the Power Switch around the power socket, then display panel will flash.
    (If no command is received, the robot will activate sleep mode after 15 sec.)
    NOTE:

    • A. Please always keep the power switch on.
    • B. If power switch is turned off, all the scheduling will be lost.
      CAUTION : Before charging the robot, please make sure the power switch is turned ON or else the robot cannot be charged.
  3. Charge the robot in either way as shown below:

    • A. Plug into an outlet.

      For better extending battery life:

    • A. Before first use, charge the robot overnight. When fully charged, the display panel will turn solid .

    • B. In normal use, always store the robot on a charging dock with the base plugged in.

    • C. If the robot will not be used for a long time, turn the power switch off, fully charge the robot and store it in a cool dry place.

  4. Auto Charging
    The robot will automatically return to the charging dock when the battery is low.

STARTING UP/PAUSE/SLEEPING

Sleeping mode:
The robot is not working, no display on the display panel and the power switch is on; Selected mode: Robot is not working, “88:88” on display panel is flashing; Cleaning mode: Robot is working, display panel will show different status.

  1. Starting up

    • A. Make sure the power switch is on
    • B. Press the CLEAN button on the main body or on the remote control to start cleaning.
      NOTE: If the robot is in sleeping mode, press the CLEAN button to wake the robot up from sleeping mode. Then press CLEAN for a second time, the robot will start cleaning automatically.
  2. Pause
    To exchange robot from cleaning mode to selected mode:

    • A. Press either button on the display panel;
      B. Press CLEAN on the remote control.
      NOTE : When the robot is paused, press CLEAN to make the robot to re- start cleaning.
  3. Sleeping
    To turn the robot into sleeping mode from the selected mode:

    • A. Robot will automatically enter sleeping mode if no command is received after 15 seconds.
    • B. Keep pressing CLEAN on the main body for 3 seconds.

SCHEDULING
You can schedule to let the robot starts cleaning at a certain time. For example, if you set 6:30, the robot will start to clean after 6 hours and 30 minutes from now on, and will clean every day at this time. All the scheduling will be automatically canceled if the power switch turns off.

Scheduling on Remote:

  1. Power on the robot and point the remote towards the robot.
  2. Press PLAN and then use directional buttons to set the schedule.
  3. Press CLEAN to save the setting. To cancel, make the number to “00:00”.
Scheduling on Display Panel:
  1. Turn ON power switch and press PLAN to enter scheduling mode.
  2. In scheduling mode, press PLAN to exchange hour and minute, press HOME to increase the number and press SPOT to decrease the number.
  3. Press CLEAN to confirm the setting. To cancel, long-press PLAN for 5 seconds and then press CLEAN to confirm canceling.
  • When you set the clock time or schedule, all your operations will be confirmed by tone from the robot; If no tone is received, your setting is unsuccessful.

CLEANING MODE

  1. Auto Cleaning
    The robot will clean the room automatically and adjust its cleaning according to the situation.
    NOTE:
    Press the CLEAN button on the robot or on the remote control to start auto cleaning.

  2. Spot Cleaning
    Put the robot near a dirty area and press SPOT on the remote control to start spot cleaning.
    NOTE:
    Spot cleaning will automatically stop after the area is cleaned and then the robot will turn to the selected mode.

  3. Edge Cleaning
    Put the robot near the edge (wall) and press EDGE on the remote control to start edge cleaning.

NOTE:
Edge cleaning will automatically stop when the robot could not detect any edges, or you could manually press CLEAN to stop edge cleaning.

  1. Cleaning Side Brushes
    Clean the side brushes when it gets dirty and replace if it’s damaged.
    NOTE:
    Before replacing side brushes, check and match “L” and “R” marks on both side brushes and the bottom of the robot.

  2. Cleaning dust bin and filter
    Clean and empty the dust bin after each use, the steps are as shown in the below figures.
    NOTE:
    After taking out dust bin, check whether there is foreign matter stuck in the suck passage and clean it. Wash HEPA filter after 15-30 days’ use and replace it after use for 6 months at maximum.

    • Install both HEPA and primary filters when they are dry.

  3. Cleaning cliff sensors and auto charging pins.
    Slightly clean the sensor window and auto charging pins with a soft dry cloth
    NOTE:
    Charge connecting points on the charging dock if it needs cleaning.

NOTE: If all the above solutions don’t work, please take the below actions.

  1. Reset the robot by re-turning on the power switch.
  2. If the reset action doesn’t work, please send the robot to the seller for repair.

    The storage temperature of this product is -20°C to 60°C
