Important Safety Precautions
When using your speaker, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Keep this product and its accessories away from excessive heat.
- Do not operate this device with a damaged cable or after it has malfunctioned or has been damaged in any manner.
- No sharp object should be subjected to the speaker/speaker drivers as it may damage the speakers.
- Only use a soft cloth, no harsh abrasives or chemicals to clean, as it may damage the surface finishing.
- The IP rating for this speaker is applicable only when all cables are removed and the port cover tightly closed.
- Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
- Do not expose the speaker to water while charging, as doing so may result in damage to the speaker or the power source.
- This unit is not a toy. Keep away from children.
- No user-serviceable parts inside. Do not dismantle.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight, or store the speaker in a car in hot weather.
- Do not expose batteries to heat or fire as they may explode.
- Do not dispose of batteries in your household waste. Contact your local council for information on disposal or recycling.
Charging your Speaker
- Connect one end of the included USB Charging Cable to the Charging Port on your speaker. Then plug the other end of the USB Charging Cable into a suitable USB port on your computer or power bank to recharge your speaker’s internal rechargeable battery. You can also use a suitable adaptor for charging.
- When charging, a red LED light will illuminate to indicate that the unit is charging. The red light will turn off when your unit is fully charged (under both turn-on/off speaker status)
A Quick Look At Your Speaker
- Power on/off Button: To power on your speaker, press and hold the On/Off Button, then the blue LED will flash quickly. To power off your speaker, press and hold the On/Off Button.
- Previous Song/ Vol – Button: Press and hold to go to the previous song. Short press to reduce volume.
- Play/Pause/Phone Button:
- Accepting or ending a call (during music playback): Upon hearing the incoming call tone, press the Phone Button once to answer the call. This will also pause your music. Press the Phone Button again to end the call. Music will resume.
- Making a call (during music playback): Press and hold the Phone Button twice to redial the last number called. This feature may vary based on the mobile device.
- Rejecting a call (during music playback): Upon hearing the incoming call tone, press the On/Off Button for 1 second to reject the call.
- Press the Phone Button for 1 second when music is playing to pause the music.
- Press the Phone Button for 1 second when music is paused to begin playing again.
- Next Song/ Vol + Button: Press and hold to go to the next song. Short press to increase volume.
- Charging port:Use the attached Micro to USB charging cable to charge your speaker.(5V 650mA)
Bluetooth Pairing Procedure

Turn on your mobile device and go to the Bluetooth menu.

Make sure the speaker is within three meters from the mobile device.

Press and hold the On/Off Button on your speaker to power on. The LED light will blink blue to indicate that you have entered paring mode.

Select ‘XS-N1122’ on the Bluetooth device menu. Ensure that the device shows ‘Connected’ in the status display. (If a PIN is required, enter 0000.)
Notes:- If previously connected to a Bluetooth device, the speaker will automatically reconnect with it when powered on again when device is within 3 metres of the speaker.
- If the speaker is powered on and no Bluetooth device is available for pairing, the speaker enters ‘waiting mode’. Press the On/Off Button when a Bluetooth device is available to connect automatically.
- To save power, the speaker powers off automatically in ten minutes if no Bluetooth device is available.
True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Mode
If you have two speakers (Model: XS-N1122), you can use them together for a more immersive audio experience.
- Place the two speakers in the same room and turn them on. Make sure the speakers are not connected to any Bluetooth device.
- Press the Play/Pause Button on one speaker to connect the two speakers in TWS mode. That speaker will be the ‘Master’ and its LED indicator will blink quickly; the other speaker’s LED indicator will remain solid blue. This indicates that both speakers are connected successfully.
- Now enable the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet or media player; navigate to the Bluetooth setting menu, and search for new devices. The Bluetooth name for this speaker is ‘XS-N1122’.
- Once connected, the blue LED indicators on both speakers will be solid blue. Now you can play Bluetooth audio from your source device on the speakers wirelessly, in stereo.
- Press and hold the Play/Pause Button on the ‘Master’ speaker to disconnect the speakers. Press and hold the Play/Pause Button again to disconnect the Bluetooth device from the speaker.
Troubleshooting
- The speaker does not turn on.
- Charge might be low. Try charging the speaker fully.
- The speaker does not charge.
- Check whether the USB charging cable has been properly connected to the speaker and the power source.
- If charging via a computer, check whether it is powered on and that the connection is made properly.
- When using a separately purchased USB power adapter, make sure that it is properly connected.
- The speaker does not pair.
- Check whether the Bluetooth device is powered on.
- Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on the Bluetooth device.
- Move the device closer to the speaker (within 1 metre) when making the connection.
- Check whether the Bluetooth device is compatible with the speaker.
- Music will not play through the speaker.
- Check whether the speaker and Bluetooth device are powered on.
- Check whether the music is playing on your Bluetooth device.
- Check the volume level on your Bluetooth Device.
- Sound lag / distortion / noise.
- Move the speaker and Bluetooth device away from other wireless devices that could cause interference.
- Check whether the Bluetooth device is within 10 meters(30’) of your speaker.
- The caller cannot be heard.
- Check whether the speaker is connected to the Bluetooth device.
- Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on your Bluetooth device.
- Check the volume level on your Bluetooth device.
- The speaker turns off suddenly.
- The battery charge might be low. Try charging the battery.
- To save power, the speaker turns off automatically after 10 minutes if no Bluetooth device is connected.
