Do not use this apparatus near water
Do not use this product near water and moisture, for example: near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, or laundry tub; in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool. -
Clean only with a dry cloth
Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. -
Do not block any ventilation openings.
Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Slots and openings in the cabinet and in the back or bottom are provided for ventilation, to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating. These openings must not be blocked or covered. The openings should never be blocked by placing the product on a bed, sofa, rug, or other similar surfaces. This product
should never be placed near or over a radiator or heat source. This product should not be placed in a built-in installation such as a bookcase or rack unless proper ventilation is provided or the manufacturer’s instructions have been adhered to. -
Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety.
If the provided plug does not fi t into your outlet, consult an electrician to replace of the obsolete outlet. -
Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.

Only use attachments/accessories specifi ed by the manufacturer.

Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/ apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
An appliance and cart combination should be moved with care.
Quick stop, excessive force, and uneven surfaces may cause the appliance and cart combination to overturn.

Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
To protect your product from a lightning storm, or when it is left unattended and unused for long periods of time, unplug it from the wall outlet and disconnect the antenna or cable system.
This will prevent damage to the product due to lightning and power-line surges. -
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as the power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

Power source
This product should be operated only from the type of power source indicated on the marking label.
If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your home, consult your appliance dealer or local power company. For products intended to operate from battery power, or another source, refer to the operating instructions. -
Power lines
An outside antenna system should not be located in the vicinity of overhead power lines or other electric light or power circuits, or where it can fall into such power lines or circuits.
When installing an outside antenna system, extreme care should be taken to keep from touching such power lines or circuits as contact with them might be fatal. -
Overloading
Do not overload wall outlets and extension cords as this can result in a risk of fi re or electric shock. -
Object and liquid entry
Never push objects of any kind into the product through openings as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short out parts that could result in fi re or electric shock. Never spill or spray any type of liquid on the product. -
Outdoor antenna grounding
If an outside antenna is connected to the product, be sure the antenna system is grounded so as to provide some protection against voltage surges and built- up static charges. Section 810 of the National Electric Code ANSI/NFPA 70 provides information with respect to proper to the grounding of the mast and supporting structure, grounding of the lead-in wire to an antenna discharge product, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna discharge product, connection to grounding electrodes and requirements for the grounding electrodes. -
Service
Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualifi ed service personnel. -
Replacement parts
When replacement parts are required, be sure the service technician uses replacement parts specifi ed by the manufacturer or those that have the same characteristics as the original parts. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire or electric shock or other hazards. -
Safety check
Upon completion of any service or repairs to this product, ask the service technician to perform safety checks to determine that the product is in proper operational condition. -
Wall or ceiling mounting
The product should be mounted to a wall or ceiling only as recommended by the manufacturer. -
Damage requiring service
Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer service to qualifi ed service personnel under the following conditions.
a ) When the power-supply cord or plug is damaged.
b ) If liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the product.
c ) If the product has been exposed to rain or water.
d ) If the product does not operate normally by following the operating instructions. Adjust only those controls that are covered by the operating instructions, as an adjustment of other controls may result in damage and will require extensive work by a quality ed technician to restore the product to its normal operation.
e ) If the product has been dropped or the cabinet has been damaged.
f ) When the product exhibits a distinct change in performance this indicates a need for service. -
Note to the CATV system installer
This reminder is provided to call the CATV system installer’s attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides guidelines for proper grounding and, in particular, specifies that the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding system of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as practical.
NOTE: Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel servicing is required when the unit has been damaged in any way such as the following: the power supply cord or plug has been damaged, liquid has been spilled into the unit, the unit has been exposed to rain or moisture, the unit has been dropped or the unit does not operate normally.

POWER SOURCE
- Connect the power adaptor to the wall outlet having AC 100-240V~; 50/60Hz.
- Insert the small plug of the power adaptor to the DC IN jack on the back of the unit.
Note : To save energy, unplug the power adaptor from the wall outlet if you may not use the unit for an extended period of time.
CONNECTING THE NETWORK
Attention:
- Before connecting to the wireless network, please make sure that your smartphone (not included) was connected with a Wi-Fi network.
- While connected to the power source, your Wireless Speaker & Charging Hub will access to the network connecting mode directly with a white Wi-Fi indicator fl ashes fast.
- You can stream music to your Wireless Speaker & Charging Hub after connecting with a Wi-Fi network, choose the music, and control playback on your smartphone or on your speaker device.
Connecting Wi-Fi with Google Home:
- Click Google Home to enter the APP interface and tap “+” on the left top side to access the “Add and manage” interface.
- Click “Set up device” then “Set up new devices” to access the “Choose a home” interface.
- Select a name from the home list or you can create a new one while choosing “Create another home”.
- Click “Next” to look for your device (e.g. Ubiolabs-WSP1001-2058).
- Click “Next” to access “Connecting to Chromecast built-in speaker…”, a test sound will be heard to inform you that you’re connected to the right Chromecast built-in speaker.
- Click “Yes” to access “Help improve Chromecast built-in speaker” and then click “Yes, I’m in” to select your region then click “Continue” to access the “Where is this device?” interface.
- Select a location and click “Next” to access the “Connect to Wi-Fi” interface.
- Choose a Wi-Fi network, click “Next” to enter the Wi-Fi password, and confi rm by clicking “Connect”. A sound will be heard to confi rm that the network has been connected completely and the indicator on top of your device will light with solid white.
- Click “Continue” to link your Chromecast built-in speaker and click “Next” to complete almost setup.
- Choose a sample clip to learn how to cast, then tap the Cast button and select your speaker, a sound will be heard while playing through your speaker.
- Click “Finish Tutorial” and fi and something to listen to.
Connecting Wi-Fi with Home APP:
- Click the “Home” APP and tap “Add Accessory” to access add accessory interface.
- Click “I Don’t Have a Code or Cannot Scan” to look for nearby accessories.
- When your device has been found, tap it simply and click “Allow” to comfi rm the connecting.
- While the device has been connected correctly, “Accessory added” shows on Home APP and your new accessory is ready to use.
- Click “Done” on the right top of the interface to complete with the default device name, or you can create a new name for it.
Note:
- While connecting to a Wi-Fi network, make sure that your smartphone has already downloaded the Google Home or Home APP.
- If you want to connect with another Wi-Fi network, press and hold the Play/Pause button until the Wi-Fi indicator fl ashed fast, then follow the above steps to connect with a new Wi-Fi network.
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
After the initial pairing, your Wireless Speaker & Charging Hub will stay paired unless you unpaired it manually, or erased it due to a reset device. If this occurs or you fi and the unit is unable to connect, please repeat the below steps:

Press and hold the Source Switch button until the Bluetooth indicator on the top side fl ashes fast.

Activate the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device and choose “Ubio-WSP1001”, after a while, the pairing will be connected automatically.
The indicator on top of your device will light with solid blue. -
During playing:
~ Press the Play/Pause button to pause, and press it again to resume the playing.
~ Press Skip Next or Previous button to select the desired track.
~ Press the VOL- or VOL+ button to adjust the volume level.
Note: To reconnect to a different device, deactivate the Bluetooth on the unwanted unit, then access the Bluetooth settings and activate the Bluetooth function on the new device which you wish to pair with your Wireless Speaker & Charging Hub.
CHARGING
Wireless Charging Mode:
The wireless charging surface allows the user to place the most recent
generations of iPhone and Galaxy smartphones and other compatible smartphones
on the surface in portrait mode and immediately begin wireless charging. This
is a QI-compatible, EPP design with PPDE to allow iPhone and Samsung fast-
charging.
Note: While charging in wireless charging mode, the indicator on top of
the device lights with solid white, and the charging symbol on your smartphone
shows to inform you that your smartphone was placed correctly on Wireless
Charging Surface.
Charging with USB Cables:
- Insert one end of the USB cable to the USB connection port on the back side of the device.
- Plug the other end into the DC IN jack on your smartphone.
Note: There have two USB outputs on the back side of the device that can be used to charge almost any additional USB devices simultaneously while in wireless charging.
CLEANING
- To prevent fi re or shock hazards, disconnect your unit from the AC wall outlet when cleaning.
- The fi nish on your unit may be cleaned with a dust cloth and cared for as other furniture. Use caution when cleaning and wiping the plastic parts.
- Mild soap and a damp cloth may be used.
