Device Instructions

Turn on
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds till the blue indicator light flashes rapidly -
Turn off
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds till the indicator light is of
An external microphone can be attached to the 3.5mm audio jack for dual microphone input
Charging the device
- Please connect the device with the attached Micro-USB cable
- When the device is connected, the indicator light will glow red to indicate charging; when the charging completes, the indicator light will turn green.
Connecting via Bluetooth

Initial pairing
a)Keep the phone within one meter from the SmartMike Silver
b) Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on till the blue
indicator light flashes quickly to indicate that it is ready for pairing
c)Enable the Bluetooth function of your phone and find “SmartMike Silver” from the Bluetooth device list, then tap it to set up Bluetooth pairing
d)SmartMike Silver indicator light will flash slowly in blue to indicate that Bluetooth pairing is successful -
Auto Reconnecting
For subsequent pairings, turn on SmartMike Silver while the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is on. Press and hold the power button till the indicator light flashes quickly in blue. SmartMike Silver will automatically connect with your phone, a slow blue indicator light will indicate that the pairing is successful
Quick Start Manual
Before audio and video recording
Device connection : connect SmartMike Silver to the mobile phone via Bluetooth
Monitoring adjustment : Listen with headphones, monitor and adjust gain
levels and other settings via the app
Noise reduction adjustment : appropriate level of noise reduction can be
selected based on different scenarios
Input adjustment : adjust microphone gain in the app
Video parameter adjustment : the resolution and aspect ratio of video can
be adjusted .
Microphone toggle : select the built-in microphone of the device or an external microphone for input (such as the built-in microphone of the earphone). Select both at the same time to conduct stereo recording. Please note to keep proper space between microphone and sound source while recording
Import of background music: enable the mixing function within the SmartMike+ app and play music from a 3rd party software on the phone, then switch back to the SmartMike+ App to achieve real-time background music mixing
Start recording:
After adjusting the appropriate audio/video and interface parameters, users can click record or shoot button to start recording, or click the power button of SmartMike Silver device onceto start audio/video recording
or
During recording:
Microphone gain, monitoring, noise reduction level, and music volume can be adjusted in real time.
End of recording:
Click the audio/video recording button, or click the power button of AudioWow
device once to finish recording
Product Application Scenarios

Vlog shooting : please operate according to the manual and please note to set proper parameters for audio and video settings: select microphone, positions and space between recording sound source and pickup microphone, as well as noise reduction level, etc

Podcast creation : please operate according to the manual and adjust the gain, background track and noise reduction, etc.

Interview: please operate according to the manual. Enable mic input for SmartMike Silver within the microphone selection to pick up voice of the interviewee and enable the phone mic input to pick up voices of interviewer. AI-powered voice subtitle transcriptions can be added after recording
Precautions
- Do not disassemble the device
- Do not overheat the device, including exposure to the sun for a long time, close to fire, or similar environments
- The battery cannot be replaced by yourself. If it is necessary to replace it, please contact professional maintenance personnel
- Do not modify the device, connect antennas, or use other transmitting antennas
- Please clean the device with a soft dry cloth
- Do not put it in water or other liquids
- Direct or indirect losses caused by violation of usage rules are not within the scope of warranty
