IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

WARNING!
- WARNING – Do not expose the batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like for a long time.
- WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this apparatus to rain or moisture. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall not be placed on apparatus.

MOISTURE AND HUMIDITY
- The active loudspeaker should be located in a place free from moisture and water.
- Do not use this apparatus near water. Do not expose it to rain or dripping water. Do not splash water on it.
INSTALLATION
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- No naked flame sources, such as lit candles, should be placed on the active loudspeaker.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
CONNECTION
- Connect the active loudspeaker according to the instructions in the manual.
- Connect the active loudspeaker only to the correct mains voltage as shown on the equipment.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit the apparatus.
- Use only power cables of the type specified in the operating instructions or as marked on the active loudspeaker. Do not substitute the separate power cable included with this active loudspeaker with any other power supply – use only the power cable provided by the manufacturer.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
- Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Do not install in an area that impedes access to the power plug. Disconnecting the power plug is the only way to completely remove power to the product and the plug must be readily accessible at all times.
CLEANING
- Clean only with dry cloth.
MAINTENANCE
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
- The internal battery is user-replaceable according to the instructions in this manual. Only use batteries recommended by KONEX Industries and intended for the K-one or K-two active loudspeaker.
- CAUTION: These servicing instructions are for use by qualified service personnel only. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not perform any servicing unless you are qualified to do so.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING
PAIR YOUR DEVICE :
- When power on, the BT LED(7.) flash qulicky, pairing mode is automatically activated.
- Search for KONEX K-one or K-two on your device and connect. BT LED (7) will change to slow flashing light.
NOTE: You cannot start a new pairing request while a device is already
connected.
You must 1st disconnect the first device and then start pairing.
Press and hold PAIR button(5.) for 1 second to disconnect pairing or restart
pairing when your device has the connection memory.
CONNECTIONS
USB
The Konex K-one or K-two portable speaker allows you to connect USB storage
device such as a USB stick or harddrive. Hardrive format must be FAT32,FAT or
exFAT format.
- Connect your USB device on USB input (10.), The USB device will be automatically selected and the BT + AUX status LED will be light on.
- Control your USB device with your APP.
NOTE: In USB mode the PAIR buttons (5.)will be the «Next track» button , and the POWER button (1.) will be the «previous track» button.
AUX
The Konex K-one or K-two portable speaker allows you to connect any external
audio source with LINE level audio signal.
- Connect your audio device to the AUX input using a 1/8 Jack cable. The AUX LED (8.) will be light on.
NOTE: You can use the Konex APP to control volume of the AUX input.
CHARGING
The Konex K-series is equipped with a long life lithium-ion battery.
If battery level is too low ( check battery level LED(6.)), you have to charge
your Konex device. Use supplied power cable to charge your device. Charging
time : 4 hours
NOTE: You can use your Konex K-series player straight out from the box,
but it is recommended to process a full charge of 4 hours before you use it
the first time in order to get optimum battery life.
