Product Description

Product Brief
This is an intelligent device for rapid temperature detection in public places. This product adopts a high-performance AI algorithm chip solution, equipped with an industrial-grade binocular camera and infrared thermal imaging module on the Android 9.0 system. The device uses face biometric recognition technology and supports a 30,000-level
face database, binocular biometric recognition, and millisecond judgment. The product supports functions such as body temperature detection, Attendance, and Access control.
It is a safe, efficient, and accurate temperature detection product. It can also be used for access control of face recognition (optional).

Installation Notes

  1. Position and mark the 4 holes of the wall bracket on the wall (marked in a red circle)
  2. Drill the holes on the wall and fix the plastic expansion bolts in the positioning holes on the wall at one time.
  3. Use 4 countersunk head tapping screws to fix the wall bracket on the wall.
  4. Hang the device on the hook of the wall bracket
  5. Fix the holes on the bottom of the device with screws (marked with red circles). PS: The wall bracket is recommended to be 1.35 M above the ground.

Installation and Maintenance Statement

  • Open the box to check whether the appearance of the product has an obvious quality issue, such as damage, serious scratches, etc.
  • This product uses anti-static packaging, please pay attention to electrostatic protection at any time.
  • When installing on the gate, please make sure the product is firmly installed.
  • Installation sequence: connect the signal cables between the components first, and then connect the power cables. Before the power cable is connected, please make sure all components are properly connected.
  • During the installation, all electrical safety regulations of the country and the area of use must be strictly observed. When inserting the plug into the socket, they must be. After checking the correct connection, tighten the plug screws to ensure a stable connection.
  • Please use the power adapter provided by a regular manufacturer. It is required that the power plug is not easy to loosen after plugging in, and the ground wire must be connected reliably.
  • The installation should be carried out without power, and it is forbidden to plug and pull.
  • Boot sequence: Connect AC power first, and then turn on the power of the product.
  • Under the Android system, please use the shutdown command provided by the system (“On”-> “Off”). It is strictly forbidden to shut down without exiting the system, which may damage the system software or even the machine.
  • You are responsible for properly configuring all passcodes and other related product security settings, and keeping the account user name and password of the manager authority properly.
  • If the equipment is not working properly, please do not disassemble and repair it by yourself, otherwise, it will affect the equipment warranty.
  • Avoid extreme environments such as extremely high temperature (or low temperature), high humidity, vibration, radiation, chemical corrosion, etc. during installation and use.
  • Machine maintenance requires professional personnel from our company or personnel trained by our company to operate, to avoid unnecessary dangers
