MOISTURE AND HUMIDITY

  • The active loudspeaker should be located in a place free from moisture and water.
  • Do not use this apparatus near water.Do not expose it to rain or dripping water.Do not splash water on it.

INSTALLATION

  • Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves,or other apparatus that produce heat.
  • No naked flame sources.such as lighted candles, should be placed on the active loudspeaker.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

CONNECTION

  • Connect the active loudspeaker according to the instructions in the manual.
  • Connect the active loudspeaker only to the correct mains voltage as shown on the equipment.
  • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles,and the point where they exit the apparatus.
  • Use only power cables of the type specified in the operating instructions or as marked on the active loudspeaker.Do not substitute the separate power cable included with this active loudspeaker with any other power supply-use only the power cable provided by the manufacturer.
  • Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  • Do not install in an area that impedes access to the power plug. Disconnecting the power plug is the only way to completely remove power to the product and the plug must be readily accessible at all times.

CLEANING

  • Clean only with dry cloth.

MAINTENANCE

  • Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way.
    such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged,liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

  • CAUTION:These servicing instructions are for use by qualified service personnel only. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not perform any servicing unless you are qualified to do so.

REAR PANEL

  • 001. TRS INPUT: USED TO CONNECT BALANCED OR UNBALANCED AUDIO SOURCES.
  • 002. RCA INPUT: USED TO CONNECT UNBALANCED AUDIO SOURCES.
  • 003. XLR INPUT: USED TO CONNECT BALANCED AUDIO SOURCES.
  • 004L VOLUME: ADJUST THE AMPLIFIER VOLUME.
  • 005. TREBLE: ADJUST THE AMPLIFIER TREBLE.
  • 006. POWER JACK.
  • 007. POWER SWITCH.

CONNECTIONS

  • XLR BALANCED INPUT CONNECTION :
  • PIN 1: GROUND(SHIELD)
  • PIN 2:HOT(+)
  • PIN 3: COLD(-)

BEFORE CONNECTING:
KEEP POWER OFF, FIRST MAKE SURE THE INDICATED VOLTAGE IS THE SAME AS YOUR LOCATION VOLTAGE(115V/230V). DO CONTACT YOUR SUPPLIER TO CHANGE THE VOLTAGE BY REPLACING FUSE AND IF IN NEED.

CONNECTION:
TURN DOWN THE VOLUME, THEN CONNECT THE POWER CORD AND SIGNAL LINE.

TURN ON/OFF:
PRESS THE POWER BUTTON, AT LAST, TO TURN ON THE SPEAKER. PRESS THE POWER BUTTON AT FIRST TO TURN OFF SPEAKER.

TURN ON THE SPEAKER THEN THE KNOB TO NORMAL VOLUME.

ADJUSTING THE VOLUME/TREBLE

  • 001. VOLUME:
    ADJUST THE AMPLIFIER VOLUME.

  • 002. TREBLE:
    ADJUST THE AMPLIFIER TREBLE.
