PRECAUTIONS
- Please check if all accessories are there and no missing, no broken before use.
- Please check is there is foreign objects in the through hole before use.
- Do not place the riveter in a damp or oil area.
- Make sure use only the rivets which corresponding to the specifications in manual
- When pull riveter for riveting, please keep it out of reach of children.

This hand rivet tool can handle below size diameter rivet with three type of material.
RIVETING USAGE
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare rivet hole
Hole size can be important in blind riveting. Too small a hole will, of
course, make rivet insertion difficult. Too large a hole will reduce the shear
and tensile strengths. It may also cause bulging or separation of the members
by allowing the rivet to expand between them instead of only on the blind
side. (Best practice is to follow the hole size recommendations provided).
Please refer to below table for the recommended drill hole size against rivet
nozzle size
Note : Avoid burrs in and around the holes.
For better understanding, take 4.8 mm (3/16”) nozzle for example, below are
the key dimensions your reference
Insert rivet : Open the riveter handle to its maximum position, insert correct size rivet into the rivet nozzle, Squeeze rivet handle a little so that it holds the rivet. Insert the rivet pin into the hole.
Riveting : Squeeze the riveter handle back and forth as below image shown. It might takes 2-5 times squeeze until the rivet mandrel broken.
Removing the rivet mandrel : Open riveter handle so that the broken rivet mandrel will fall down.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Rivet mandrel remaining in rivet won’t falling:
- Wrong rivet nozzle used. Replace with correct size nozzle and screw in all the way. Then the rivet mandrel will falling
- If not above, then we need clear the rivet nozzle hole to remove the burrs, debris, foreign objects, etc.
- Too small rivet jam in nozzle:
- If a small size rivet is mistakenly used, Jam will likely happen. Please widely open the handle and pull the small rivet out with pliers as below image shown
- If above solution does not work out. Please follow below steps to clean the jam.
- Remove the knurled sleeve
- Open handle and pull the jam rivet out with pliers
