CHARGING
To charge the earphones, place them in the charging case, wait for the white LED to turn RED, and close the lid. Open the case to check if the red LED has turned off. If the LED is off, the earphones are fully charged. Charging
time is approximately 1.5 hours for 6 hours of playtime. A fully charged case provides 5 extra earphone charges when on the go. The number of lights indicates the charging case battery status when the earphones are placed in the case. 3 lights = 67-100% charged, 2 lights = 34-66% charged, 1 light = 1-33% charged, 0 lights = 0% charged. Charge the case using the USB-A to USB-C cable connected to a computer or wall charger. Each indicator at the back of the charging case flashes white when charging and turns solid white when fully charged. The charging time is approximately 2 hours.
SET-UP / PAIRING
Remove earphones from the charging case and tap the right earphone to turn it on. Keep a distance of less than 20 cm between the left and right earphones. The product indicator will turn from red to white, a sound is heard when the earbuds are connected to each other. Activate Bluetooth functionality on the input device, and select Mezger AC-1 once connected the LEDs will flash white twice. The product is ready for use. Mezger AC-1 remembers previously connected devices. When turned on, Mezger AC-1 attempts to reconnect to previously connected devices.
FITTING
Mezger AC-1 contains silicone tips and memory foam tips. Mezger AC-1 is fitted
with medium silicone tips out of the box.
When using the memory foam tips, squeeze down the foam tip and roll the tip
into a thin, round cylinder. Pull back and up on the ear into the canal.
Gently insert the entire tip into the ear. Hold the tip in place until it
expands.
CONTROLS
Double tap the left earphone to skip to the previous song and double tap the
right earphone to skip to the next song during music playback. For incoming
calls, tap either one of the earphones to accept or hold for 5 seconds to
reject. During a call, double tap either one of the earphones to terminate the
call or triple tap to transfer audio from Mezger
AC-1 to the connected device. Single tap:

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

WARRANTY AND SERVICING
This product comes with a 2-year warranty. In the event that you encounter a
fault within 2 years of purchasing contact: warranty@mezger-

If you experience an issue outwith the period of warranty or want to upgrade
your headphones, you can send them to us. We will review the headphones and
repair or upgrade
at a fixed cost of £45 plus shipping, or salvage the recyclable parts and

PRECAUTIONS
Do NOT use the earphones at a high volume for any extended period.
To avoid hearing damage, use your earphones at a comfortable, moderate volume
level.
Turn the volume down on your device before placing the earphones in your ears,
then turn the volume up gradually until you reach a comfortable listening
level.
Do NOT use your earphones while driving or at any time the inability to hear
surrounding sounds may present a danger to yourself or others.
The charging case and earphones shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as
sunshine, fire or the like.
Focus on your safety and that of others if you use the earphones while
engaging in any activity requiring your attention, e.g., while riding a
bicycle or walking in or near traffic, a construction site or railroad, etc.
Remove the earphones or adjust your volume to ensure you can hear surrounding
sounds, including alarms and warning signals.
Do NOT use the headphones as aviation communication headsets except in case of
emergency. No incoming audio will be heard with a discharged or improperly
installed battery. This could result in the potential of missed communications
while piloting an aircraft. Extremely loud ambient noise levels common to many
propeller-driven aircraft may impair your ability to receive incoming audio
communications, particularly during takeoff and climb out.– Mezger AC-1
earphones are not engineered for noise conditions, altitude, temperature or
other environmental conditions common in non-commercial aircraft, resulting in
possible interference to critical communications.
Do NOT place naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, on or near the
product.
Do NOT make unauthorized alterations to the product; doing so may compromise
safety, regulatory compliance, system performance, and may void the warranty.
In the event of a battery leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact
with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with
copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.
