Original manual. This manual belongs to the unit and must always be passed on together with the unit.
WARNING
Disconnect all electrical devices in the water from the power supply before
reaching the water. Otherwise, there is a risk of severe injuries or death by
electrocution.
This unit can be used by children aged 8 and above and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
if they are supervised or have been instructed on how to use the unit in a
safe way and they understand the hazards involved. Do not allow children to
play with the unit. Only allow children to carry out cleaning and user
maintenance under supervision.

Safety information
Electrical connection
- Only connect the unit if the electrical data of the unit and the power supply match.
- Only plug the unit into a correctly installed outlet.
- Protect open plugs and sockets from moisture.
Safe operation
- Do not use the unit, if electrical lines or the housing are damaged.
- Dispose of the unit if its power connection cable is damaged. The power connection cable cannot be replaced.
- Do not carry or pull the unit by its power cable.
- Never carry out technical changes to the unit.
- Only carry out work on the unit that is described in this manual.
- Only use original spare parts and accessories.
- Route lines in such a way that they are protected from damage and do not present a tripping hazard.
- Should problems occur, please contact authorized customer service or OASE?
Intended use
Only use the product described in this manual as follows:

For aeration and supplying oxygen to an aquarium.

While adhering to the technical specifications.
The following restrictions apply to the unit: -
Only use indoors and outside of the aquarium.

Do not use it for commercial or industrial purposes.

Do not use in conjunction with chemicals, foodstuff, or easily flammable or explosive substances.

Installation and connection
Connecting the aerator
A
- Connect the air discharge and the aerator to the air hose and place the air discharge in the aquarium.
Keep the air hose as short as possible and lay it so that it is protected.
Installing the aerator

- Always install the unit higher than the water level. This prevents water from possibly flowing back into the pump.
- Use the fastening lug for installation.
- Route the power connection cable such that it forms a drip loop.
During installation, ensure that the unit
- is installed outside of the aquarium,
- is not placed on or over the aquarium,
- cannot fall into the water or move out of position.
Commissioning/start-up
NOTE
Never run the aerator without a hose and air discharge.
Switching on: Connect the unit to the mains. The unit switches on immediately.
Switching off: Disconnect the unit from the mains.
Adjusting the air quantity and bubble pattern

Air quantity: Adjust the air quantity by turning the air connection control
knob.
Bubble pattern: Take the aerator out of the water and adjust the bubble
pattern at the aerator using a coin. Adhere to the safety instructions!
