- Before using, thoroughly read the safety precautions and use the product exactly as described.

- Do not attach other components to the device other than the included accessories.

- This device is NOT waterproof.

- Do not consume the battery.
- The device must be kept out of reach of children.
- If necessary, seek advice from doctors regarding additional safety instructions (hearing aid users, etc.)
- Stay away from listening to excessive volume. It could cause permanent damage to your hearings or the device.
Warning! Risk of hearing loss
- Turn down the volume of the device before connecting to the sound source.
- In case of frequent or longer usage, stay away from high volumes at all costs. Listening to loud noises could cause permanent hearing loss.

Eartips
Test every size of ear tips before usage. Your speech should sound noticeably smaller if a certain size is suitable for you. If not, try again with another size (there are no left and right sides for the ear tips).

How to exchange the tips
- Hold the rim of the ear tip with two fingers and gently push to one side. (Do not pull the edge of the ear tip as it may cause damage)
- Place the new ear tip on top of the earphone nozzle. Push in the ear tip with the thumb.
- Fasten the ear tip to the earphone nozzle by rotating or adjusting accordingly
How to store and manage
- Prepare warm or room temperature water. Place the ear tip on top of your palm and gently stroke with the other hand to remove any dust or pollutant.
- Gently wipe off the ear tip with alcohol-free wet tissues or others.
- Once after cleaning, let the ear tip dry naturally.
- Keep in mind that Xelastec has possibilities of deformation in shape due to its materials.
(Notice: If severely deformed, please purchase a new set and have it replaced)
Getting started
※ Make sure to remove the earphone from your ears before setup or making changes to the settings.
Getting AZPG-RF2000 started

(Default recommendation) Insert the USB dongle extension cord to the USB port on the PC.

Turn the device on.
※ AZPG-RF2000 is designed to be usable within a distance of 10m from the wireless transmitter.
However, the length of the extension may get shorter due to other wireless installations or obstacles that interfere with electronics (such as a wall).
※ On your first connection to the PC, the operating system will automatically install the driver needed for AZPG-RF2000.
Once the driver is installed and loaded, we recommend rebooting the PC before operation. -
After wearing the device, recheck the connection and settings to confirm that the device is set properly.
※ Do not apply excessive force when wearing the device.For the best user experience, place the device in an open area to avoid wireless interception.
It is recommended to minimize the distance between AZPG-RF2000and the wireless transmitter.
To do so, please use the included USB dongle extension cord.
How to use MIC
Adjust the microphone downwards to turn on and upwards to turn off. A
notification sound will be heard when the microphone is set to mute.
Picture 1 : ON / Picture 2 : OFF, Mute
Place the microphone close to your lips for the best experience (see picture 1).
You may press the mute button to turn on/off the microphone without adjusting its position.
Applying excessive force to the microphone may damage the device.
MMCX
※ Make sure to review the below instructions before detaching the
earpieces.
How to change MMCX

Remove the earpieces from the cable (see picture 1 on the lower right)
※ Do not apply excessive force while detaching the earpieces.
※ Do not pull the cable cord while detaching the earpieces.
※ Do not bend or twist off the earpieces while detaching. Doing so may damage the connectors. -
Replace them with compatible earpieces.
※ Make sure the replacement earpieces are compatible with the device.
※ Attempting to connect incompatible earpieces may damage the device.
※ Frequent detachment may cause damage to the device.
Compatible MMCX model of AZLA : Orta, Horizon, ZWEI
It is highly recommended to use MMCX connectors that are offered by AZLA.
Damage caused by using MMCX connectors supplied from elsewhere is not covered
by warranty.
Charging
※ Fully charge the device prior to making the first usage.
Caution
- Do not leave the device with a discharged battery for a prolonged time.
- When storing the device, keep the battery partially charged.
- Remove the USB charging cable immediately once the device is fully charged.
- Store the device at room temperature (20-30℃ or 68-86℉)
- Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures lower than -20℃ or higher than 50℃.
- It is possible to operate the device while charging yet not recommended.

It is recommended to charge the device through PC using the included cable.
Do not charge the device using accessories that are not provided by default.
The battery time may differ depending on usage and environments.
※ C to C (PD) charging is NOT supported.
Connection Setting
How to use Discord
- Following the steps listed on the user instructions, connect the AZPG-RF2000to the PC. Click the ʻUser Settings’ on the lower left from Discord (see picture 1on right).
- Click ʻVoice & Video’ on the left section of the settings (see picture 1 on right).
- Select ʻMIC (AZPG-RF2000)’ from Voice Settings.
Apply to both input and output devices.
If you are using Windows(R) 1032 bit/bit, AZPG-RF2000will be selected automatically.
If not, head to ʻStart-Settings-Systems-Sound’ and select AZPG-RF2000 for both input and output devices (see picture 1 on right).

You may connect AZPG-RF2000 to various devices.
It is recommended to use AZPG-RF2000 with the included extension cord.

※ There may be compatibility issues depending on different devices.
FAQ

If the sound is not working properly
– Check if there is any interfering object between the AZPG-RF20000 and the dongle.
– Try connecting the dongle extension cord to the rear USB port of your PC. Retest the sound.
– Test the AZPG-RF2000 on a different device and see if the sound is working properly.
– Check if clogging has happened to the nozzle filter.
– Check if damages can be found from the earpieces or cable. -
If the sound is not working properly
– Check if your device supports microphone input.
– Check the microphone input options of your device.
– Check if the microphone works properly on another device.
– Check if a notification sound is heard when operating the button.
– Check the PC properly recognizes AZPG-RF2000. -
If the USB dongle is not being recognized
– Insert a different USB memory stick to your device and see if it is being recognized. -

5. If the power is not turning on
– Check if the LED light comes on while charging.
– Check if the buttons are working properly.

– Check if the serial number matches between the product and the USB dongle.
