Attention Notice

  1. Please properly control the volume and time when using the headset.
  2. To ensure the safety. please do not use the headset in a potentially-dangerous environment.
  3. Try to ovoid listening to music, making or answering a call while driving,because the distraction may lead to danger.
  4. Please keep the headset away from children, to avoid danger due to improper use by them.
  5. Avoid water from entering the headset during grooming. to avoid damage of the headset or sound quality.
  6. Try to avoid turning the volume so high that you cannot hear anything around you. Please adjust to an appropriate volume if you have tinnitus or the volume is too high.
  7. Please immediately stop using the headset when feeling obvious discomfort, irritation or other adverse reactions during using it.
  8. Avoid storing or using the headset in an environment with temperature lower than -15 C (5°F) or higher than 55 C (131°F); otherwise. this may shorten the life of headset or battery.

Charging and Battery

  1. Insert the USB charging cable into the Type-C charging interface of the charging case. with the other USB end into a USB charger or other charging device. And the charging case will start to be charged. breathe with the green light when charging, and the green light will stay on after charging.
  2. Put the left and right headsets into the charging case. close the upper cover of the charging case.and the headsets in the charging case will show red light.About 1h later, at full charge. the green light will stay on after filling.

Warning:

  1. It is necessary to charge the charging case with the charging cable included in the package, with the DC voltage of 5V and current of more than 500mA (5V/500mA), otherwise, it may damage the charging case.
  2. These headsets and charging case use the built-in rechargeable battery that is non-removable. Do not attempt to remove the battery from the headset and charging case. otherwise, it may damage them.

How To Pair The Earphone

  1. Single-ear Mode
    When the charging bin is powered, take out ony one from the charging bin and use it with one ear.
    Run Bluetooth Pairing and Connectivity of Phone. MG-23 single-side is valid when single-ear mode is on.

  2. Using the Left and Right Headsets at the Same Time

    • When the charging bin is powered on. open the cover and pair automatically.
    • Turn on the phone Wireless and search for the headset name”MG-23″ Click on it to establish connection. if the connection is successful. “Connected”will appear near the name of the headset. At the same time, the power level of the headset will be displayed on the phone screen.At this time. the LED lights on the two headset flash blue at the same time. indicating that the two headset are connected to the mobile phone successfully.
    • After the connection is successful, you can listen to music by opening the phone music library.

Attention: The maximum pairing time of the Wireless headset is 180s. If the light is off, it means that the Wireless pairing status has stopped, and if you still fail to pair them, please repeat the above steps to pair them again.

To disconnect the headset and mobile phone Wireless, please use any one of the following methods:

  • Turn off bluetooth on your phone.
  • Move the headset to a place 20m (about 60 feet) or farther away from the mobile phone.

Open cover automatic connection

  • After the first connection and pairing, when the bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, the mobile phone is automatically connected with the open cover every time. The connection is fast without delay, easy to operate and tedious to remove.

Answering a Call:

  • Touch the left earphone or the right earphone once during an incoming call.

Rejecting a Call:

  • Touch the left earphone or the right earphone for 1 second when calling.

Hanging Up:

  • Touch the left earphone or the right earphone for 1 second during a col 1.

Music Play / Pause:

  • Touch the left earphone or the right earphone once.

Previous Track:

  • Left headphone touch 3 times.

Next Track:

  • Touch the right headphone 3 times.

Volume Down:

  • Touch the right headphone twice.

Volume Up:

  • Touch the left earphone twice.

Voice Assistant:

  • Touch the left earphone for 1 second and let go to activate the voice assistant.
    Noise reduction mode switching (Default ANC mode / Normal Mode / Transparent Mode Sequential Switching)

  • Touch the right headphone for 1 second. Low Latency Game Mode

  • Touch the left earphone for 2 seconds to turn on the low delay “game mode”

  • Touch the left earphone for 2 seconds to turn off the low delay °game mode”

Low Battery Power Warning

  • When the power is lower than 15% and lower than 3.2V, the power will give on alarm.

FAQS

  1. MG-23 Headset cannot be paired with a mobile phone.
    A: Please check if the headset is in the pairing or reconnection mode and if the mobile phone Wireless search function is enabled; check the Wireless list on the device and delete/cancel the headset.and reconnect the headsetaccording to the manual.

  2. MG-23 Headset cannot be turned on.
    A: Please check the battery status of the headset.

  3. Can the battery of MG-23 Headset be replaced?
    A: No.The headset uses the lithium polymer battery that is non-remov- able.

  4. Can MG-23 Headset be used while driving?
    A: The communication earbuds can be used while driving, but it is not recommended to use the headsets while driving.

  5. MG-23 Headset disconnects with the mobile phone within 10m.
    A: Please check if there is any metal or other object within the connection range that affects the connection, as Wireless is o wireless technology that is sensitive to the objects between the headset and the connected device.

  6. No sound is heard after the headset is connected to a computer or mobile phone.
    A: Please check if the computer output channel has been set to Wirelessaudio device and if the computer Wireless supports A2DP: also check thevolume of the computer/mobile phone.

  7. Can the headset be used to control APPS on the mobile phone after the headset and mobile phone are connected?
    A: The device APP settings may be varied, which makes functions of some APPs uncontrollable by the headset.

Tips

  1. To extend the service life of the battery, you are advised to charge the earphone at least once a month.
  2. Please use the charger provided by company to charge the earphone. Use of other low-quality chargers may bring about dangers
  3. Adjust the volume to an appropriate degree when using the earphone.
  4. DO NOT wear the earphone when sleeping: otherwise, the earphone may be damaged or cause injuries to you.
  5. When driving, you are advised to use the Bluetooth earphone to ensure your driving safety. It is dangerous to directly use cell phones when driving.
  6. Keep the earphone away from kids. Small components of the earphone may cause suffocation or other injuries to kids.
