Download and open the Ola Camera App.
Make sure that your mobile device’s WI-Fl and Bluetooth are turned on, and
that it is linked to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera.
Wall mount or Desk mount
A wall is an ideal position for installation, as the camera should be fixed at proper height of 2m (6.5ft) to capture the entire area. If there is no suitable wall, opt for using it as desk mount making sure that it can be positioned at a 2m (6.5ft) high flat surface.
Camera Setup as Wall Mount (indoor/outdoor)
Option A
- Step l: Put the mount in the hole located on the back of the camera body. Turn the mount counter clockwise until it is securely fastened to the camera body.
- Step 2: Hold the upper part of the mount and rotate the mount base in the direction opposite of “OPEN”. Remove the mount base from the upper part of the mount.
- Step 3: Attach the wall sticker to a wall, preferably 2m (6.5ft) high or use a pencil to mark three spots for screws. Drill three holes for the screw size 2.6×8. Insert the three anchors and attach the mount base using the three screws.
- Step 4: Put back the upper part of the mount. Turn the upper part of the mount clockwise, yet not too tight. Connect your camera to the Ola opp, once you see video on your device, tilt the camera body to find the ideal angle as explained in the following section. Turn the upper part of the mount clockwise until it is securely fastened, keeping the correct angle and rotation.
Option B (Magnet)
- Step l: Put the mount in the hole located on the back of the camera body. Turn the mount counter clockwise until it is securely fastened to the camera body.
- Step 2: Attach the camera to a metal surface, the magnet will stick. To tilt the camera and find the ideal angle, turn the upper part of the mount slightly counter clockwise. Connect your camera to our application, once you see the video on your device adjust the camera body to find the ideal angle. Turn the upper part of the mount clockwise until it is securely fixed.
*If the magnet is not firmly attached to the metal surface follow the steps from the previous section to use the screws.
Camera Setup as Desk Mount

Step l: Put the mount into the hole located on the bottom of the camera body. Turn the mount counter clockwise until it is securely fastened to the camera body.

Step 2: Place the camera on a flat surface 2m (6.5ft) high, preferably 7m (23ft) opposite a wall.
If the surface is metallic, place the camera on it, and the camera magnet will stick to the surface. If the surface is slippery, place 3M sticker on the bottom of the mount. -
Step 3: Turn the upper part of the mount slightly counter clockwise. Connect your camera to the Ola opp once you see video on your device, tilt the camera to find the ideal angle as explained in the following section. Turn the upper part of the mount clockwise until it is securely fixed.
Camera placement
- Ideally, the camera should be placed on 2m (6.5ft) height, at least 7m (23ft) away from the opposing wall.
- To find the ideal angle, tilt the camera downwards to capture your feet on the bottom of the image, standing 2m (6.5ft) away.
Features
Emergency Alerts
- Fall will be triggered if the person is
- Laying on the floor
- Fully visible to the camera
- Laying for at least one minute
- Help will be triggered if the word “Help” is detected. Use the sensitivity settings to adjust the sensitivity of the detection.
- Area of Interest (AOI): Triggers and alerts upon appearance of a person in the AOI. Use sensitivity settings to adjust the sensitivity of detection.
- Aggressive behavior detection will be triggered upon indications received from Ola: Video/audio analysis and Ola Context Al.
Al Search Bot
Natural language search within the video with Ola Al Bot enables you to ask specific questions and receive immediate answers.
Notifications are sent upon:
- Emergency alerts.
- Out of Context & Routine situations (generated by Ola self learning Al).
- User personalized notifications:

Customer’s Warranty will begin upon registering on our website with a valid email address and order. www.ola-usa.com
Ola-Usa Inc. (“Ola”) warrants to the Purchaser or subsequent owner (“Customer”) that the Ola Camera (“Product”) will be free from material defects in workmanship or materials, when given normal, proper, and intended usage for a period of 12 months following delivery to the Customer, or such other term as is required by appli cable law whichever expires earlier (“Warranty Period”). -
Ola’s obligation under its Warranty is to replace or repair a Product determined by the Ola official distributor or via the Ola support agent to be covered by this warranty. The purchaser or subsequent owner of the Product must contact an Ola support representative via the Ola Support website: support.askola.com providing a description of the alleged failure.

Customer shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item. Product or parts replaced shall become Ola’s property. The Replacement Product or Parts under this warranty will be covered by 90 days limited liability warranty in-parallel to the existing Warranty Period.

Ola does not warrant nor make any representation regarding the results of the Product and/or of its Customers’ use of the Product and/or any third party’s use or omission to use the respective Product and/or any information or data provided by the Product in terms of inter ali a correctness, accuracy, completeness, reliability or otherwise.

4 ALL PRODUCTS ARE SUPPLIED “AS IS”. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR THE OLA PRODUCT, EXTENDS ONLY TO THE CUSTOMER, AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,

INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT (AND/OR ANY COMPONENTS THEREOF) IN THE MANNER PROVIDED ABOVE WILL CONSTITUTE FULL AND FINAL FULFILLMENT OF ALL OF OLA’S OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO.
Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE WARRANTY PROVIDED TO IT HEREIN ONLY APPLIES TO THE PURCHASER OR SUBSEQUENT OWNER.
- EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE IN THIS WARRANTY, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OLA DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OLA ALSO LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
